Dani 🇨🇦 🕊️📿🇻🇦 (@Dani_NFLfan) reported@Shawhelp every week for like the last year since switching to Rogers, our tv cuts out lforcing us to plug and unplug the little black box & plug it in. It doesn’t happen with our downstairs tv. We also lose the sound and the way to fix it is to rewind and then ff.

Bri (@cyberqt) reported@TSN_Sports @Shawhelp why does F1 sound like they are yelling down a tin hallway? It's only the show, not the commercials. It's awful. It was both TSN channels(practice and qualifying)

Drimint (@RisenRealm) reported@Shawhelp is there an internet outage in Winnipeg. North Kildonan region? Myself and Shaw using neighbors are all having issues this morning. Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway

Tyler ❄☕☃ (@Valomir) reported@Shawhelp hey pals, I my internet has ceased working a couple times tonight and I'm wondering if there is an outage near the community of Sunalta in Calgary. The modem light is solid white but neither my wifi or Ethernet produce internet. I have power cycled the modem.

LFCBeatle (@richyhlfc) reported@Shawhelp Thanks but what about the issue with live chat and not having a phone number?

bc_2027 (@bc_2025_vision) reported@Shawhelp We really need wait times & callback from Rogers with Shaw support. We had this for > 10 years before it was stopped. Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟

Jonathan Mason (@masonstcc) reported@shaw @shawhelp So literally nothing is working properly. Service is terrible at best. Not sure this post will even go thru. I pay lots per month and need way better service.

Dave (@Danrek77) reported@Shawhelp No timeline, no email confirmation, and I’m not a new customer. I’m being billed for 2 gigabit now, without the hardware for it. I am hesitant to send this beat up box back without knowing I will be getting hardware to actually use the service
