    @Shawhelp I spent an hour online with waiting and trying to get help. I was given a number to call, after over an hour on the phone and 3 different departments which knew nothing of the previous conversation on my day off getting nowhere. I called Telus who did it in 14 minutes.

    @ShawInfo I like it how you guys are my internet supporters but every time I want to do something my wifi cuts out. Fix this issue because it happens three times a day.

    @Shawhelp You can help me cancel my 85 yr old parents contract as we have to move them for medical reasons and you don't provide service in Ladner...yet they're still looking at a 23 month cancellation fee... doesn't look good on you.
