Wow that was tough to watch again. Good news: Uograding my @Shawhelp Shaw equipment to #bluecurve tomorrow. Bad news: Losing all my recordings so had to watch @CBSBigBrother #bb21 finale 1 last time. Hard to watch for a few reasons but also best reality TV ending ever! #NicoleAFP

@Shawhelp I can’t access my TV guide on my gateway portal, and I can’t record any TV programs because of it. Please advise as to when this problem will be resolved as it is very inconvenient

@WillKon @Shawhelp Yeah, it is beyond frustrating. They confirmed there was an active connection here before we moved in, so I cancelled my other service. Now I'm wishing I stayed with Telus. I can't run my business for a week now. Or I can burn ALL my mobile data in a day. No other options.
