Terrible customer service @ShawInfo If your service tech doesn’t fix the problem there should be an easier way to get him to come back instead of spending an hour on the phone with you again.

@Shawhelp In Abbotsford, if we try to call my mother-in-law or she tries to call us, over 50% of the time it fails with the messaging saying the receiver does not accept blocked phone numbers. New issue as of this morning.
