My roommate is also an ex-shaw employee on Freedom. We are having major issues with SMS. We both have wifi calling on. We both did a network reset.

Their techs blow off appointments after asking you to be around for a six hour wait... for them to never show up. 3 times this happened. Absolutely trash service.
