@Shawhelp Why does the Weather Network default to a city where I am not located? It isn't helpful to have the temperature, wind and forecast for Victoria when I don't live in Victoria. How can I change it to my location?

@josh_eberhart @ShawInfo Yes. We have issues too. Not nearly as bad as yours. And the old Shaw was so much better than now. @ShawInfo seem to have lost their great customer service.

@Shawhelp No service on internet, phone, wifi, cable for the 8th time today. Rideau Park, Edmonton. In a pandemic. No explanation or apology. Been happening for years. Tomorrow, we seek consumer protection relief. Hour and a half to get a person on phone is unacceptable.
