@Shawhelp I have been having problems with a few HD channels, this has been going on for 2 months. The first time I mentioned it was via a chat, next time was DM. There is some picture but mainly scrambled pixels. I shouldn't have to pay full pop for less than 100% product.

@Shawhelp Why does the Weather Network default to a city where I am not located? It isn't helpful to have the temperature, wind and forecast for Victoria when I don't live in Victoria. How can I change it to my location?

@Shawhelp what's going on with the cable TV service in the r3m postal code? It's been more off than on. Rebooted the modem and all devices and still nothing. Internet has been working fine the whole time though.

@ShawInfo I've been a Shaw customer since for over 30 years. I've stayed with Shaw because, in the past, I've had customer service. Since going to bed with Rogers, that service has become a nightmare. I'm consistently treated like I'm an idiot and I'm done.

@Shawhelp Absolutely unacceptable that u do not have Roaming plans or rates for Delhi and Mumbai& ur rep tells me the best thing to do is to take out my sim so I don’t incur chargers- how is that a safe solution for a woman traveling with 2 young kids??
