    @Shawhelp I have been having problems with a few HD channels, this has been going on for 2 months. The first time I mentioned it was via a chat, next time was DM. There is some picture but mainly scrambled pixels. I shouldn't have to pay full pop for less than 100% product.

    @Shawhelp Why does the Weather Network default to a city where I am not located? It isn't helpful to have the temperature, wind and forecast for Victoria when I don't live in Victoria. How can I change it to my location?

    Dear @Shawhelp. This is it. We are breaking up. Your lack of customer service, your old equipment, your phone operators in Belize/Pakistan, now an agent who has told me to monitor an outage of tv and internet for “I don’t know, a few days” is disgusting. #yeg

    @ShawInfo Shaw sent me a modem in SEPT and it never worked with the current Telus system in my home at the time. We tried trouble shooting with Tech Support and it still didn’t work. Tech support said it was because our home wasn’t set up for it and that it wouldn’t work.
