@Shawhelp Why does the Weather Network default to a city where I am not located? It isn't helpful to have the temperature, wind and forecast for Victoria when I don't live in Victoria. How can I change it to my location?

@Shawhelp i've turned off my soundbar and the problem still happens through TV speakers. This doesn't happen on any of my other sources connected to TV. Just through shaw and on multiple channels.

@Shawhelp Over a year of internet dropping out and techs coming to constantly replace a “temp” line with another “temp” line and now I have to pay a cancellation fee because you guys couldn’t provide the proper service I had been paying for!!! Not okay!!!!!
