This is literally ridiculous.... I have my ps5 hardwired to my router and the internet still drops... clearly it’s not cause the wifi🙄 I’m losing full with this dog water company, like theyre so free, boxed like a fish, no thumbs type ****. @ShawInfo

@ShawInfo might offer the fastest internet in Alberta, but it’s by far the most unstable too. Yeah, you get speed, but no reliability.

@Shawhelp @adifood1234 Is shaw able to provide service in Northwestern Alberta on a rural property? Near Peace River? It is a town of 6000 people and has had fibre optic internet for about 3 years now. But for some reason just 5 minutes out of town Telus has a huge dead zone for cellular service.

So my internet went down in the middle of three cards with no help from @Shawhelp and then my power went out @EPCOR LOL brown outs? Winter? Covid? Do I need to move somewhere else?

Me having to run around in the rain to get a halfway decent data signal ($85/month btw) to attempt to open MyShaw Mobile, only for the app to repeatedly crash when I try to open it is the epitome of the @Shawhelp customer experience.
