@Shawhelp To all Shaw Customers: know about Shaw's new way of business! You terminate the home contract (after 10 plus years) because Shaw can't offer you what you want , you get a bill for terminating the contract without any details, you ask why and they send you to collection!

@Shawhelp to be on hold for 45mins then told “our office closes at 10pm” is absolutely ridiculous. Both over the phone and chat refuse to speak with me as I’m not the account holder but my father who is the account holder does not speak English. Figure your customer service out.

gotta wonder if Shaw's wifi feed has been utter trash for at least the past month, if not by design to have ppl switch to their new fibre service. coincidence? 🤔 @Shawhelp fix it or get off the pot... some of us are stuck at home working!!!
