    @BrowntoBure @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp S'alright. Only thing I'll say is when power goes out or I have to move a cable box, the system goes down and stays down. Gotta call them and get them to reset something on their side. Been three times doing this now. Channels, picture clarity, menus are all good tho

    @Shawhelp @Shawhelp how can I get service Beyond a technician coming to my house? I have a recurring issue with my Wi-Fi and internet, and I think the source of issue is not the wiring within my house but outside. So I would like someone to check on that.

    @Shawhelp Please make sure the world juniors hockey games today don’t have the same issues as yesterday. People that were watching TSN on Telus had no issues customers with shaw did

    @KelvinJohn15 @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Yes that’s the eighth decision we have to pay for the fair service we recived, unfortunately i used to pay my full bill even though i am not benefiting from the service
