    @Shawhelp Yeah, nice PR effort - we've been dealing with tech support, and so far, I still can't effectively work with the Shaw Internet non-functioning internet. But they're trying again tomorrow. Will keep everyone posted. BTW: @TELUS home system is relatively flawless.

    @Shawhelp You ain't listening 👂 I have internet. I had a terrible installation and rude staff members. I am baffled. And your sales staff sell services like @aislelabs and Don't know what the he🏒🏒 it is.

    @staceybrotzel @Shawhelp @LukaszukAB if you really want to feel frustrated ask them to come out for a service call. "We can't do that because there's a reported outage in your area, so all service calls are automatically cancelled in the outage area".

    @Shawhelp @social 5) Your staff are selling a crappy new 3rd party service for a splash page. Via @aislelabs is a baby 👶 corporate company that doesn't reply to tweets promptly. They have a terrible system. I spent 2 hours with a Shaw support staff. Still no Splash Page. I am baffled. Now??

    @Shawhelp Yeah. There are issues from time to time. Like last NCIS episode had no sound for 3/4 of it's broadcast.

    @rgstone1 @Shawhelp Historically they have had decent customer service. Standard message has been "we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes". No it is not higher than normal, you just don't care that much to make the wait time shorter. Tried calling last week though and it just hangs up.
