    @Shawhelp I am so frustrated our internet keeps randomly dropping. We called and all they did was a upgrade for internet rather than fix the hardware. Now we're stuck on a 2-year contract and internet that won't stay connected to our laptops and just drops randomly.

    @megmartin10 @Shawhelp Also in west Hillhurst and experiencing an outage. When I called Shaw they said there was an outage in this area

    @Shawhelp I've talked to and had techs here like 5+ times, it was always blamed on the signal to my building, so I assumed (incorrectly) that the whole building would need rewiring to fix it. Turns out it happens 3000kms away too. so for the umpteenth time, get a grip and fix your ****.

    @Shawhelp Here's the trick, to DM for assistance I'd need access to the internet. Since I'd be in a location where I don't have access to the internet to DM, I can't. If you texted the code to people instead of emailing it, it would solve the issue for those of us without data.

    Shaw is down again! Shaw went down at June 13, 2022 at 05:15AM in Langley. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. shawhelp
