    @Shawhelp I called earlier to get help figuring out why my landline is down. I'm working right now so I wasn't able to stay on the phone, but the rep confirmed it wasn't anything to do about billing or external wire damage. He said he'd work on figuring out the issue. Still down.

    @Shawhelp you guys are really PIA, I don't know why I believed that you will still be a good choice for a mobile service provider. Can you please tell me how to do a compliant with CRTC against your services? Is there an award for worst customer service in Canada for you?

    @Shawhelp But when I call the customer service your one call center employee by name AMIN calls me unprofessional coz he doesn't have any solution to my problem. You guy make promises without giving a thought that it can be fulfilled or not

    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Clearly that is not correct because I am calling Shaw same day to get that same deal and to be precise right after my friend got the deal but still he got it and I didn't which tells me you guys don't care about your customer.
