    @ShawInfo we cannot log into the my shaw app and find the account we have through your company. when adding account the email is associated with it says "Account ** already has a Shaw ID. Before you can add it, the current Primary Shaw ID must remove themselves as primary." - can you help

    @Shawhelp is there an outage in the Highlands (just outside Victoria). We’ve got no TV or internet but nothing is listed on your support page.

    It takes forever to resolve an issue with @Shawhelp via chat. I feel sorry for all the CSR's that have to handle probably a couple dozen customers at one time. So far I'm 15 minutes in and may / may not have verified my identity yet.
