  • FernwoodGirl Sarah Thomson (@FernwoodGirl) reported

Feeling very frustrated today, I have been locked out of my email account for 6 days after a security problem with my employers linked account. Spent hours on the phone and zero resolution. Nice people but this is unacceptable @Shawhelp #suckstobethelittleguy

  • coconutfrills S (@coconutfrills) reported

@Shawhelp I had to use the private contact information you sent me for your customer and call them and ask them to try and fix it.

  • tonymontanti Anthony Montanti (@tonymontanti) reported

@Shawhelp Is the internet down? We are completely dead in the water

  • LindsayAlberta Lindsay (@LindsayAlberta) reported

@Shawhelp hi. We are without service. Just wondering about ETA. Sent a DM

  • TheJourneyGenie TheJourneyGenie (@TheJourneyGenie) reported

@Shawhelp @MikolWelham We complain and nothing is done. I mentioned the speed (or lack thereof) of my newer cable box, and nothing was done. You come off like a caring company in public, but privately you’re socking it to us and not giving good customer service. 😡

  • coconutfrills S (@coconutfrills) reported

@ShawInfo I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get help with my account. Either the agent says they’ll call me back or I get cut off. I never get a call back. Why can’t @ShawInfo do their job and assist me with my account?

  • CoachCal99 x - Coach Cal 🇨🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧🏒🏈🥍 (@CoachCal99) reported

@kirst_alyssa I find it not much different than the Telus I recently switched from ... EXCEPT @Shawhelp @ShawInfo sold me #FIBRE300.. and did NOT install fibre equipment in my home.. It's COAX, not Fibre. And I never get CLOSE to 300.

  • Flamesmaniac Flamesmaniac (@Flamesmaniac) reported

@Shawhelp this is getting ridiculous 3 days of on and off internet and all we're told is the issue has been resolved, when it clearly hasn't been

  • ghostceo Christopher Flett (@ghostceo) reported

@Shawhelp Why is service so spotty on bear mountain in Victoria? I can’t remember a day where our internet hasn’t kicked out. No wonder Telus is taking market share here.
