    The bane of being technical is talking to technical support of companies like @Shawhelp, I know they mean well but asking me to try obvious things I would have already tried is a waste of both my and their tech's time. But ofcourse the tech has a flowchart to follow.

    @Shawhelp is there a known issue of recorded shows where the audio is silent every 15 minutes or so for 2 seconds, makes watching anything annoying....not wanting to spend hours on support to be told there's nothing wrong, as per my last 2 support experiences.....
