@Shawhelp @ahung I'm having the exact same issue in Sherwood Park, AB, and it's on ALL my boxes, not just one. PVR doesn't work either...better check again Shaw, cause it sounds like a problem on your end. #notourfault

I am about 10 years with #Shaw internet, paying about $67CAD/month for internet 10. @Novusnow came to our building offering $40CAD/month for internet 100. I called Shaw service asking for a competitive offer. They are not interested, and are fine me to quit. @ShawInfo @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp @shawhelp @shawinfo No resolution on this. Important for remote workers to be aware of Shaw’s poor service levels. Offline for 3 days in Shaw’s home base not okay.

@shawhelp 90 min on the phone with your call center to be told the modem needs replacing, will take 2 days to get a modem in Calgary, 3 days for a technician, that Shaw has no one who addresses customer concerns & no option to pick up a modem. Worst customer service ever.

@Shawhelp Already had issues like this fixed recently so thinking this is an issue on your end since other people are having the same issue as me when this alert comes across. We don’t like on the same area even.
