    @Shawhelp Kinda serious. My sister has classwork she has to submit by tonight. Scheduled maintenance stopped her from putting it in last night. Is there an ETA on this? The last update was 11 AM & the internet has been basically down for 12 hours now.

    @Shawhelp pathetic service, no wifi or nothing all day due to a down pole in Cloverdale. How long does it take to repair this. Using data, can’t do any work today. Just pathetic

    @ChancesOnLove @ShawInfo They have a outage in my area, but it just seemed so fishy that couple days ago they were pushy for fiber andi said no and today my new modem stopped working lol

    @Kromski1 @ShawInfo We got Shaw when we moved to AB from Ontario and honestly it was the shittiest service I’d ever used. The modem was so slow it would literally disconnect itself and the wifi would go off for a few minutes. I hate to admit the fibre is way better, but, it is 🥸

    @Shawhelp Still waiting! Does anyone work there? EACH SHAW SUPPORT could have taken over 60 callers during this time! There are alot of pissed off customers and if you want to keep them, HIRE MORE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!

    @ShawHelp Pretty crazy how there has been a complete service loss in Cloverdale all day from a downed pole with barely any updates... just pathetic. Need to get on telus asap.
