    @Shawhelp Yes, still asking people to contact your “experts” when this is a known issue and needs to be resolved. It’s been 2 months.

    @Shawhelp Yea, it was great, They got a technician to hand deliver a BlueCurve TV box. Set it up, worked for 3 minutes. Now I have to wait for a technician to "fix it", now it's Kernel looping. What a painful upgrade this was.

    @Shawhelp There's nothing to troubleshoot. Its a tech support issue. Always has been. Poor bandwidth
