@BrowntoBure @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp I had major customer support issues with Shaw, switched to Telus for 10x the speed, 1/2 the price and no issues. Shaw sent me to collections for $26, 2 days after I paid the bill, within a month of closing the account. They suck sewer pipe.

@Shawhelp Having connection issues over last couple months throughout house. Constantly having to change WiFi Channels. Would think this is required with internet 500.

@BrowntoBure @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp S'alright. Only thing I'll say is when power goes out or I have to move a cable box, the system goes down and stays down. Gotta call them and get them to reset something on their side. Been three times doing this now. Channels, picture clarity, menus are all good tho
