@Shawhelp @ShawInfo Ive honestly had enough with your super bad customer service here in Calgary. My family has been having the same internet problem for the past two weeks and your customer service calls tells us to do the same thing over and over then would try to end the call.

@ShawInfo Please improve your communication with your customers. There has been no updates on our complete outage - no cable,Internet or telephone - for over 3 hours. I am using my Koodo data plan in order to communicate with you or to look at your website. Ridiculous.

@Shawhelp Worst company ever. Return our modem from season home , no confirmation of return, no final bill sent even though bill is on autopay and email is on file but you can send bill to collection agency? Worst company ever!!!!!

You never really know how demanding websites, apps, etc are data wise until your @ShawInfo WiFi is down to 20mbps and everything acts like it's the damn dialup days. Lol. Figured 5G was supposed to cut through walls no problem.

@Bell_MTSHelps We switched to @Bell_MTS last week. 1gb Fibe. Internet went down once yesterday and 3 times today. Working from home and can't have that. Took over a week and 3 calls to have our number ported from @ShawInfo.
