I've got no dial tone on my landline phone in downtown #Nanaimo. Anybody else? My lights & internet are fine. Internet & phone are BOTH @Shawhelp. But Shaw piggybacks on Telus infrastructure for phone service I think. Is it possible phone line down but nothing else? Stormy.

@ShawInfo customers, recommend not getting the new Shaw Blue curve PVR! It’s a POS! And customer service ain’t much better!

@Shawhelp @social 5) Your staff are selling a crappy new 3rd party service for a splash page. Via @aislelabs is a baby 👶 corporate company that doesn't reply to tweets promptly. They have a terrible system. I spent 2 hours with a Shaw support staff. Still no Splash Page. I am baffled. Now??

@ShawInfo and @Shawhelp my business is not a garbage dump. You're an inconsiderate and rude team. Leaving wires and stickers on the floor of my shop instead of throwing them out. I am baffled by your lack of care and professionalism. #shawnogo #shawshank #shaw

@Shawhelp My wife has been on with you for 3 hours! When they couldn’t solve the problem and we asked for a tech to come out they just reset the conversation back to the automated system! She will call tomorrow, someone’s probably going to have a grumpy customer to deal with!

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp unfortunately your third party service @aislelabs isn’t able to assist me (the client) i spent 2 hours with Shaw support on a their software and didn’t get what I paid for. I signed a long term contract and I unfortunately will take legal action. Thanks

@Shawhelp Thanks Tom. I think@i@just connected with Texh support via chat on the My Shaw app. Hopefully they can help. 🤞

  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported

@ShawInfo your in store customer service setup is abysmal at best. It’s a 40 minute wait just to swipe my credit card. Please tell me why I shouldn’t switch to Telus?

  • Lexxiray Crystal Gardner (@Lexxiray) reported

@Shawhelp Internet outages in Poco Bc. Any idea when we can expect help?

  • cdotneufeld It's Christopher, please (@cdotneufeld) reported

@Shawhelp Thanks, Taylan, I could use a hand actually. The documentation said I could use the Blue Curve app to bring over my network settings, but it's not clear how to do that.
