    @Shawhelp and i called cancellations today because its been so draining to deal with and the rep lied to my face and told me that Telus cancelled their $85/2y gigabit deal. And then offered me 10mb for $50 saying it would be plenty fast enough for my needs..... its pretty poor

    @Shawhelp Yes I have the Hitron, and maybe the bluecurve wifi has better range but that is very different from telling a customer that the new 300 has a new cable and is faster, you are not installing fibre to the home.

    @ShawInfo my Shaw service has been absolutely horrible over the past month. BlueSky TV is garbage. My system needs to be restarted nearly every second day and my internet crashes daily at different times. Ever since I’ve upgraded to Internet 600 and BlueSky it’s been problematic.

    @Shawhelp Sure be nice if we could manage our phone settings (like forwarding) from the mobile app when our services keep going down (again, like now). Site says no outage, but no dial tone or internet says otherwise. Us, or the neighbors, or the tow yard 2 addresses away
