    @Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

    Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

    @Shawhelp Nope. I sure can't. I can clearly read the SE Edmonton is suffering an outage. But why isn't Shaw providing us with more info? If you actually cared about your customers you'd be keeping us updated. I really don't know why I pay Shaw hundreds of dollars every month.

    Hey I paid you. @ShawInfo : pay us again and only then can we talk. Shaw rep : I am virtually useless, our customer service model is non existent. Not sorry

    Me: Hey shaw I want to pay my bill so you don't disconnect my internet. @shawinfo : don't ever speak to me, give us your money and we'll disconnect your service
