    @Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

    Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

    @ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.

    Hey @Shawhelp - who can I talk to about a bill issue that two separate customer service folks had promised my dad had been corrected, but he’s STILL being charged for? This should have been corrected in January, and is getting ridiculous.

    another day with no internet from @Shawhelp @ShawInfo. Customer for 20 years and they can't be bothered to come for 10 days to fix it. Do you work from home? How well could you work with no internet for 10 days? Look for another provider so you don't get caught I did. #noservice

    Dear @ShawInfo @Shawhelp, do you know those super cute animal screen savers you've got? Then followed by your ad's 🙄 can a customer go about submitting a photo to be part of your screen saver roll?? And less commercials? Askin a lot I know!! But really wanna submit pic!!
