@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@Shawhelp Hi We need help with our wifi! We have two networks, one being your 5G product. Only one network works at a time, and the working one is usually very inconsistent with its strength. We also only get a signal in the front half of those, and none downstairs. Can you fix it?

@Shawhelp You've NOT offered me ANY steps for fixing the issue with your Shaw Webmail App on my phone. I don't have an issue with the email on my computer, which I've stated 13x. It's the faulty APP that is giving me the much aggravation. Who do I speak to about your APP?

Waited 5 days for Shaw tech to come fix an issue they created. Many times I reached out and was assured my appointment of 4-6 Saturday was the earliest available. It's now 6pm and I'm being told the window is actually 4-7. Thanks for the great customer service. @ShawInfo
