    Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

    @Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

    @Shawhelp Yet again, BlueCurve continues to disappoint. Ethernet not working, wifi disconnects every 5 mins, slow internet. No indication that it’s on our side, so can you guys please fix your side? You know some of us work from home, right?

    Ok @Shawhelp you suck. You say 24 7 but its a bot that auto replies. That isn't 24 7. My moms home phone is down. I want her to turn on her cell if a problem but I can't reach her. Cause ur 24 7 help is a computer that doesn't get her phone isn't working. Tom looking 4 a change

    I'm currently getting less than 1mbps @Shawhelp it's been on and off for months. Customer support has been useless. Why am I still paying for this?

    @Shawhelp Good morning! I am going to try this again when I am not running around. Tried to order internet signal booster pods when I was running around and somehow lost the chat before we completed the transaction. I'm back for a do-over.

    @Shawhelp TV and internet have been very poor quality since yesterday evening. TV goes pixely and internet connection is intermittent.

    I'm guessing because I got the vaccine @ShawInfo decided I didn't need the internet anymore because I am now 5g The problem is, I don't know how to log into my vaccine network and still need my home internet to work.

    @Shawhelp Very disappointed In Shaw. Made appointment for today between 12 and 2pm. For the new place. Waited until 2pm and we get a call that they can't make it . Re-booked for Friday now. We put our move on hold so we can be there for Service. What a Joke!
