Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

@Shawhelp I've been through all of that. Even the tech said he was the last effort. They all gave me the "reasons" why it drops that low but did "everything they could". I understand it's "up to 1000mbs" but it keeps going down to this or even LOWER.....and I'm by myself watching a movie!

@ShawInfo we’ve had issues w our tv freezing briefly, screen goes black & show comes back on. Happened on our old tv, now the new one. Had techs out, box checked. Approx 30 other ppl in my area are experiencing the same thing. What’s going on? This has gone on for ages..
