Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

@Shawhelp @ShawInfo My friend is paying $65 for 1gig internet and I am moving to shaw for this offer and shaw is asking me to pay $115 for same plan. Do you guys don't want returning/new customer? Is your KPI to only give good rates to current customer? Pure loot isn't it?

@Calgaryman1 @Shawhelp Shaw has been glitching since November. Used to be isolated to SN360 and a couple other channels, now it’s freezing on most channels for a few seconds and kicking back in. Was offered a credit in April, never got that either.

@ShawInfo - I can't believe Shaw is threatening to cancel my 85 year old mom tv service! She wanted to obtain our credit report to transfer her sevice to my account. My mom has Covid,,no compassion to let us deal with this on Monday

@gfliverpool9966 @Shawhelp Is it mostly SN360 and freezing/glitching on some other channels? Been an issue for us since November. They keep telling us to call techs. Techs keep calling head office and are told it’s a known issue. Offered a credit in April, never saw anything on my recent bills.

Hey @Shawhelp. I just had a terrible experience with your support representatives. Looks like e-mail went down for all apps (except webmail) around 3:45. First rep I chatted with said everything is fine, remove email accounts and re-add them. Second contradicted

@gfliverpool9966 @Shawhelp Was told it has something to do with the channel frequencies. So clearly they’re aware. They just won’t fix it or it’s not considered a big enough issue yet. Happened when they put 4K online.
