@Shawhelp Sorry to leave. Was with Shaw since 2005 when I moved up North. Didn’t want to leave but Shaw non fibre internet was more expensive than TBayTel fibre internet by $25/mon. Plus when Shaw internet was down. I had to wait 1.5 week for service. :( that’s when I made the change

@ShawInfo 3 weeks to fix internet being slower than dial up on your internet 300 package, switched to fibre 500, modem died in 5 days. A week for a new modem. Great customer service. I miss when you employed techs that could address issues promptly. profits over people, right?

Dear @Shawhelp or @ShawsMobile why sell 5G phones without a 5G network? Do you have an ETA for a 5G network? Otherwise it's 100% feed. Advertising (and charging) for a non-existent feature. And don't #futureproof me with no ETA

@Shawhelp So you’re saying I should order my centre ice package directly from the NHL instead of paying Shaw for the sub standard feed. My friends who bought directly have had no problems with the feed. That tells me it’s Shaw that is the problem.

@Shawhelp, the signal for most channels in North Vancouver is pretty bad. Some satelitte channels (eg CNN, Knowledge) ok but locals & Seattle unwatchable. Picture & sound breaking up. Happens periodically but worse today. Shaw used to be rock solid. What's up?

@Shawhelp The big issue is the original box I got from #ShawCable when I renewed my contract in September was the wrong box and not supporting channels for the package I have. Then shaw sends refurbished box for the replacement of the original so technically I never had a new one..
