  @Shawhelp Sorry to leave. Was with Shaw since 2005 when I moved up North. Didn’t want to leave but Shaw non fibre internet was more expensive than TBayTel fibre internet by $25/mon. Plus when Shaw internet was down. I had to wait 1.5 week for service. :( that’s when I made the change

  @Shawhelp I'm not interested anymore ok I made a mistake asking for help from @Shawhelp because why deal with a corporation that doesnt care to direct the call properly and make me feel stupid for calling. I just asked because Shaw does internet and hosting is built with web connectivity..

  @Shawhelp Just want to say Congratulations on the extremely poor uptime in Red Deer the last week or so. A full day outage, then sporadic at best. Latest full outage today started glitching last night and then full outage. I’m so done with Shaw’s ineptness!

  @Shawhelp Hey, one of your technicians came to my house to fix the TV and broke the internet. The next available appointment they’re offering is 5 days from now. I work from home full time and this is absolutely unacceptable.

  Hey @Shawhelp are you having internet issues in downtown Vancouver, BC this week? Our internet is periodically dropping, causing lost phone calls and huge lags on internet & server connections.
