    @Shawhelp Sorry to leave. Was with Shaw since 2005 when I moved up North. Didn’t want to leave but Shaw non fibre internet was more expensive than TBayTel fibre internet by $25/mon. Plus when Shaw internet was down. I had to wait 1.5 week for service. :( that’s when I made the change

    Don't let @ShawCanada fool you. Once you have signed a contract it doesn't matter to them how long you have #nointernet. @Shawhelp promises the world but can't deliver. Tech can't fix the problem so you go to the back of the line for another appointment. #brokenpromises.

    One thing we can't lose in the @Rogers @ShawInfo buyout is the excellent customer service at @freedomsupport. So much better than the rest.

    Looking for an #internet provider. Please think again if you are looking @ShawInfo @Shawhelp. I'm a 20 year customer and have had no internet for 10 days with no end in sight. #poorcustomerservice doesn't think it's a priority to get it fixed. Please look for a #reliable option.

    Three times in two weeks my @Shawhelp internet hasn't been working for extended periods of time. And yes, I have turned it off and on again. Anyone else in #RedDeer experiencing connectivity issues?
