    @Shawhelp Sorry to leave. Was with Shaw since 2005 when I moved up North. Didn’t want to leave but Shaw non fibre internet was more expensive than TBayTel fibre internet by $25/mon. Plus when Shaw internet was down. I had to wait 1.5 week for service. :( that’s when I made the change

    @davedotca @Shawhelp They no longer have phone support at night. Had to go onto their chat service on their website. Took one hour to get them to order me a new remote after trialling all of the technical possibilities as to the possible source of the issue.Remote arrived within a week.

    @rikkiprince @Shawhelp @elcostello It says the entire southern Alberta on that page... But I can fix it for you.. Release and renew your IP address to new routing that works. Back online. > ipconfig /release > ipconfig /renew
