@Shawhelp Sorry to leave. Was with Shaw since 2005 when I moved up North. Didn’t want to leave but Shaw non fibre internet was more expensive than TBayTel fibre internet by $25/mon. Plus when Shaw internet was down. I had to wait 1.5 week for service. :( that’s when I made the change

  • KarlieMildraed KarlieMildraed (@KarlieMildraed) reported

@Shawhelp I included the incident number for reference. Whatever the sound I heard, it wasn't thunder. Sounded more mechanical/explosive in nature.

@ShawInfo REMOTE CONTROL SUCKS. Telus has one that has a much better design and feel to it. Also .. why is it not possible to stop a recording part way through? You can with Telus but not with Shaw. Why?

  • KeithinWPG Keith in Winnipeg (@KeithinWPG) reported

Hey @Shawhelp, I’ve been having an issue with my Bluecurve Gateway the past few days. It’ll randomly lose connection, and take a couple of cycles to get back online…new modem time?

  • desraj MCI (@desraj) reported

@Shawhelp I am a business customer, In March I signed a 5 year contract with one of your reps, he promised I will get the service in 2-3 months, no installation yet, no updates, can anyone please help ?

  • slaunder whoud (@slaunder) reported

@Shawhelp seriously the whole town of Wawa has no internet and you keep telling everyone no outage...terrible service...why does this keep happening?

  • seymour1238 seymour1238 🇨🇦 (@seymour1238) reported

@Shawhelp ... I come to the conclusion that #ShawCommunications is one big fraud. They sell packages on internet signal but do not deliver them. Their Tech Supp is hopeless incompetent service. They hire personnel from third-world countries with a deficiency in the English 1-3

  • Bryan_Leitch Bryan Leitch (@Bryan_Leitch) reported

@KerryA_ @Shawhelp I’m not assuming anything. When you go to their live chat help and ask where they are located. They tell me “Belize”. I’m basing that on asking them a direct question, not their name.

  • cyclebrock Brock Campbell (@cyclebrock) reported

@Gojetsgo8 @ShawInfo These are signal attenuators, not "speed reducers" removing them will at best do nothing, and at worst, reduce your speed, unless you have a low signal at your modem. They have much better/easier ways to reduce your speed than with a $2 chunk of cable hardware.
