    @Shawhelp Sorry to leave. Was with Shaw since 2005 when I moved up North. Didn’t want to leave but Shaw non fibre internet was more expensive than TBayTel fibre internet by $25/mon. Plus when Shaw internet was down. I had to wait 1.5 week for service. :( that’s when I made the change

    @Shawhelp Hard to tell you what my favourite video game is when ping to all the game servers is still over 100 for a majority of those in Edmonton due to the routing. So gaming for all of us sucks right now. Not to mention the lag.

    Signed up with Shaw Internet on March 10th. Turns out they don't service our building and the account should never have been set up. Wasted an hour on the phone and half a day off work. And *I* had to call Shaw to initiate the refund. AWFUL customer service. @ShawInfo @Shawhelp

    @TELUSsupport Nope, gave up trying. Intermittent issues all evening. When will #WestVan get the reliability of #PureFibre? Time to finally give up and switch to @shawhelp?

    @Shawhelp please fix this. Basically on my west server my ping is so bad right now, my friends who are with you are having the same issue. we have better ping on east right now and we usually have better ping on west.

    @VincentGeloso @ShawInfo @Rogers 1. Prices have been falling because of extra competition from Videotron and Shaw. 2. In international comparisons, we still look very bad.

    @Shawhelp This is on your side. Worked with a Customer Service rep for 90 minutes and she said there’s nothing you can do about your own company. Looks like it might be time to switch to Bell.
