    @TekSavvyNetwork or @TELUS please get in touch as I’d like to switch over from @Shawhelp (9 yr customer). They have really let me down in the midst of a global pandemic. Something I won’t ever forget. Zero values on their part.

    @Shawhelp Yes, did you read the thread? The modem is dead. The solution to my problem is for Shaw to expedite getting the new modem to me or allow for me to pick one up. I will not be spending any additional time troubleshooting the modem with Shaw.

    @Shawhelp my wifi is down and i have a meeting at 4:30! are you kidding me?! your website says scheduled maintenance for 2 hours but i wasn’t notified. People have to work from home this is insane!
