@Shawhelp hi, are you able to tell me if there’s anything wrong with my landline? Both handsets have no dial tone and have said “line in use” for 2 days. I’ve reset the modem, unplugged everything and nothing. I assume since there’s no dial tone that’s a Shaw issue?

@Shawhelp 3/ Moral of the story: if your parents are aging and use @Shawhelp , get them away from this terrible company as soon as possible (and check their bill too... they charge my mum 2x what I pay Telus for maybe 10% of the service spec)
