FINALLY got a new remote from @Shawhelp as the original was faulty from Day 1, yet the problem remains. Clearly, it was never the remote. Do I I feel like sitting on the phone with techs that had NO IDEA how to fix it before? New normal=junk service. Guess I’ll google this crap.

Hey @ShawInfo, I’ve been away from my apartment for three weeks. Got home, my network can’t be found by any device. Texting tech support. We’ve rebooted, restarted, recycled, nothing. I’m told a tech has to come. Earliest is APRIL 10. I bet I can get Telus here faster. Unreal.
