@Shawhelp Ya, I'm over in Mayfair and everything is down. Cable, internet, wifi, etc. So when you say Pacific Heights, do you mean Pacific Heights or "We have no idea, we just threw a dart at a map and that's where it landed"?

@ShawInfo Hi, I also live in Hope, BC. The link you supplied is very vague. We need an approximate time our service will be restored. I can’t even get a signal on my phone without driving into town. We are in a State of Emergency and have no way of seeing the news without wifi. Thank you.

@Shawhelp So this is the 5th week with same issue with same channel tans that’s “sportsnet” I only watch that channel on Monday night I’ve spoken to 4 agents on DM all telling me it’s “sportsnet”not Shaw issue so I guess I pay for glitching and it’s annoying

@Shawhelp Sorry, "Tom" (bot), same answer, no Answer! Is it going to be a week, a month, what? Did the transmission tower in my area topple? Are the underground cables still buried? Will shaw or will shaw not disclose truth about the actual issues? I'm ready to switch providers!!!
