    @Shawhelp @rmalenfant89 Additional adjectives could be.....lack of knowledge, lack of accountability and or care to retain the customer.....all about sign up the customer and frustrate them enough the simply pay and stop pursuing their complaint.

    @Shawhelp how do we call and speak to someone directly at Shaw about the service problem? Phone number please - to someone who can help us? It’s been 4 days and no response or connection with anyone except you. There must be a better way??

    @Shawhelp This must be another Shaw automated....lead to nothing service.....just like when you ask to speak with a manager.....they never seem to be in and will get back to you within 24hrs......click is ticking!

    @ShawInfo every weekend my bluecurve internet and TV drops almost twice a hour. got any solutions to my issue?

    Call @ShawInfo for tech support because my internet is down only to find out that the support call center is closed and would have to use chat, except my internet is down which makes it impossible.

    @Bell_MTS internet is honestly the Worst. I've had so many disconnection problems the last few months and we've literally had technicians out to fix it. Endless hours on call with support. And still the issues persist. Legit just gonna switch to @ShawInfo soon.
