@Shawhelp any timeframe for the resolution of the issue with cloud PVR recordings? Incredibly frustrating to not be able to watch any of my recordings without massive skips/lost audio/errors.

@Shawhelp Yes I did check and called both indicated that areas in st Albert are having problems and Shaw are working on it, but this has been happening started around 4 pm and now it is almost 10 pm.

@peggypoohkathy @Shawhelp @TELUS Telus is has a much more reliable system but their service is just as bad. What got me was I the guy who booked the work order exactly my concern. And he assured me it wouldn’t happen.

@Shawhelp You can hope all you want, and you may we'll be trying, a few individuals may even stand out, but no. As a whole, Shaw's customer support is a wasteland of inconvenience and ineptitude where drones can only follow the flowchart that seemingly seeks to blame the customers.
