@Shawhelp okay so normally your wifi is fine but day is annoying me, I usually can play League of Legends with no issue but today for some reason your wifi here in South Edmonton has been super slow today. My ping as been in the 1700ms range at times.

Holy frick @Shawhelp your chat bot linked to the small business login goes to residential services support. Found out after wasting 20 minutes there. Now I’ve been on hold for 15 on the phone. This is terrible customer service.

If the @Rogers / @ShawInfo merger is allowed to proceed, we will be contacting @ShawHELP and advising them we have NO contract with #Rogers and will be terminating our agreements WITH PREJUDICE. There is a REASON we chose to NOT be a Rogers customer and those reasons remain!

@Shawhelp I’ve been only hold for 23 minutes and counting. Which I said in the above tweet, so clearly I’ve found the contact info. I’m irritated that there is no indication of how long I’ll wait on hold for support.
