@ShawInfo @Shawhelp the Shaw TV app doesn’t seem to ever work anymore on any of my devices. No problems with the TV’s, just the Chromebook and iPhone isn’t working.

@Shawhelp sent me a bill in the amount of $500 for not returning the equipment. Despite my loyalty as a customer for over 10 years and despite 4 attempts to return their equipment. You’ll never see my business again.

My mum passed away. Called @ShawInfo to cancel her cable but wanted to keep internet at her place. No condolences. Said we had to cancel everything, so we did. And they wonder why they lose customers.
