    @Shawhelp how can I get service Beyond a technician coming to my house? I have a recurring issue with my Wi-Fi and internet, and I think the source of issue is not the wiring within my house but outside. So I would like someone to check on that.

    Shaw informed me I need to upgrade my TV box or I'll lose channels. Guess what - with the "upgrade" I lost a bunch of channels. After dealing w/ Shaw for 8 hours on chat/phone, issue is still not resolved. Thanks for the downgrade @ShawInfo - still waiting for a call from you!

    @Shawhelp our brand new blue curve freezes and stalls CONSTANTLY. No one will get back to me on Twitter or the support chat from Shaw. Ridiculous

    @BrowntoBure @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp S'alright. Only thing I'll say is when power goes out or I have to move a cable box, the system goes down and stays down. Gotta call them and get them to reset something on their side. Been three times doing this now. Channels, picture clarity, menus are all good tho
