@Shawhelp It was far too late for help at that point. I was watching a recording of an event that happened many hours earlier. We have had many issues with our wireless Curve boxes and PVR recordings not working. The old Gateway boxes were much more reliable.

Is @Shawhelp @ShawInfo going to be reimbursing folks without services on their bills? Are they going to at least let us know what's going on and approx time? 18 hours now without it Phone/TV/Cell. Thank goodness I have a cell in case their was an emergency. #ShawOutage #Shaw

@Shawhelp I had my devices installed yesterday after my move. Last night tv went off several times and tonight it is off and not working. Thoughts??
