    @ShawInfo this is the worst service I’ve had from a company EVER. 29 hours and counting without internet service. Loyal customer since 2006. #telus here I come.

    @Shawhelp I renewed my contract today and my internet has been crap ever since. If not better soon, good bye. I have 9 days left to cancel and I am not waiting until the last 3 or 4 to do it!

    I got a connection in May and I was told there will be 50$ bill credit every month. The bill shows otherwise and it is one month credit. I want to cancel services because you are asking more than competitors. I don’t want to pay 345$ because company betrayed. @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp A question, though...all 4 of us here have troubles with getting g booted from online games; my son has it happen to him in Fortnite multiple times a day. Is that a bandwidth issue?

    @Shawhelp why would you cut my internet off after sending me your shaw mobile sim cards? You cut all my service so I have to sign up to tether? I cannot understand why you would do this. A tech now can't come to fix for 7 days. 7!
