Also when you say you need to 'unplug the box' is that just the little box or have you tried to cold reboot the main router? I find mine gets laggy at times and voice command/pvr sucks I have to hard reboot the main box.

I get awful cell service where I live. If weather related outage is understandable. If it’ Shaw related, let us know.
