    @Shawhelp I’ll send you the customer info by DM shortly, she’s not happy at all especially after she went and got new boxes and is paying rental fees, I had to pull out the new one I put it and put back the old one because it had no RF output to accommodate a room that only had coax.

    @Shawhelp I mentioned the level of support as he seemed like he knew nothing about your receivers and he should if he’s answering the phone, he also should NOT refused to let me speak to the manager or let my client speak to the manager, he told us “The manager won’t speak with you”

    @Shawhelp The this same tech told me their was no higher level or support and if I didn’t like it to call back, after we waited 45 minutes. Also would not connect me to a manager which is ridiculous and my customer is asking if she should just cancel everything and return receivers. PT2

    @Shawhelp you really need to properly train your tech support if you intend to call them tech support. Had a interesting conversation with you tech who had no idea what RF was, no idea at all what an RF output was and he claimed he was level 2 support. PT1
