Call backs take hours and they don't give you a chance to say hi before they hang up when they do call back. Do not use Shaw. @Shawhelp

Not comfortable on the customers eyes at all. Black on Teal Green/Blue isn’t the best selection. Should create a multiple options available for the customer to select.
