There is really no need to transfer me to “the loyalty department” to complete this cancellation request. This is very poor customer service.

They had a problem multi-homing 3 static IPs to a single mac address. They fixed it, but with the problems I decided to add more ethernet cards to the firewall rather than multi-home.

Low resolution, compression artifacts, dropped frames, etc. Meanwhile it’s shot in 4K HDR and is being presented as such by @BBC in the UK.

Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now
