    This is literally ridiculous.... I have my ps5 hardwired to my router and the internet still drops... clearly it’s not cause the wifi🙄 I’m losing full with this dog water company, like theyre so free, boxed like a fish, no thumbs type ****. @ShawInfo

    Man @ShawInfo is literally ass.... I had a service call between 12-2 & no one has called me or has shown up to my place.... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    @Shawhelp Your Staff Can’t Just Up Internet $40 Without Notfying The Customer Litereally The Day Of The Billing Date. No Email, No Mail, Nothing. Worst Service I’ve Seen. Now I’m Being Offered $98 On A CONTRACT Instead Of Month 2 Month Like I’ve Been On For Years @ $60-$70

    The new voice controlled Shaw TV is the crappiest system I've ever used. Poor quality(macroblocking), horrible interface, duplicate recordings, audio & video dropouts. Just horrible. I'm seriously considering dropping it. @ShawInfo @Shawhelp

    I’m tired of waiting on hold @Shawhelp. I’ve already talked to an agent to let them know I’m cancelling my service. There is really no need to transfer me to “the loyalty department” to complete this cancellation request. This is very poor customer service.

    @skywisefahr @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Tech showed up at 2, and left at 6:30. They had a problem multi-homing 3 static IPs to a single mac address. They fixed it, but with the problems I decided to add more ethernet cards to the firewall rather than multi-home.

    @Shawhelp We cannot have the modem fail during work. I cannot be waiting 30 mins on hold for support then unplugging and plugging in modems. I need an it internet connection at ALL times.

    The @Shawhelp support and chat in the shaw website legit feels absolutely like your being scammed. The unbelievable incompetence of the agents just adds to that. This is why I stick to month to month contracts. Sure I could have saved money, but I love the ability to LEAVE

    (1/2) I must say that I am quite disappointed with the #ITAENG #Euro2020Final picture quality on @Shawhelp and @CTV. Low resolution, compression artifacts, dropped frames, etc. Meanwhile it’s shot in 4K HDR and is being presented as such by @BBC in the UK.

    Shaw informed me I need to upgrade my TV box or I'll lose channels. Guess what - with the "upgrade" I lost a bunch of channels. After dealing w/ Shaw for 8 hours on chat/phone, issue is still not resolved. Thanks for the downgrade @ShawInfo - still waiting for a call from you!

    @Shawhelp is there an internet outage in Winnipeg. North Kildonan region? Myself and Shaw using neighbors are all having issues this morning. Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway

    @Shawhelp @LindsayWiebeRD Former Shaw client here of over 25 years. I recommend switching to another provider. Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now

    @Shawhelp hey pals, I my internet has ceased working a couple times tonight and I'm wondering if there is an outage near the community of Sunalta in Calgary. The modem light is solid white but neither my wifi or Ethernet produce internet. I have power cycled the modem.
