    @Shawhelp is there a known problem with cable internet in East Vancouver? (Hydro was out until 3:30).

    @Shawhelp I worked with chat support already thank you. They say “interference in our area”, and now 3 days before a tech will be out to check. Not an acceptable customer service solution unfortunately.
