Gotta love when @ShawInfo internet just goes down at 3 am while you’re just trying to live your life without any mention of maintenance anywhere. Pretty huge pain in the *** and very sketchy that they make you re-sign a contract to simply upgrade your modem to a better one.

Had to chat in with CS to be told why it’s down (they’re replacing hardware, apparently). Again, no warning about this or anything. Apparently Shaw thinks nobody stays awake past midnight. Please do better with notifying customers of seemingly planned outages @Shawhelp.
