Great work @Shawhelp - your technicians have now missed TWO of their scheduled appointments to install internet at our house. And now we have ZERO internet. Please sort it out and get a technician here ASAP. If this is how your new customer setup process goes, not sure I'll stay!

@Shawhelp Hey folks, is there a reason that my internet connection would be 'pulsing' up and down as far as my connectivity level? It never completely dies, just lags to a stranglehold before coming back up.
