    @Shawhelp Thx for no help. Your online agent told me yesterday that a Senior Tech would be sent to my home if my issue wasn't resolved. Its not resolved and the agent online now won't book the appointment. Intermittent internet or no internet, I'm so fed up with it.

    @Shawhelp Good morning! Is there a system outage on pods again today? All my pods are offline. I have reset my gateway, unplugged and plugged them all back in - no dice!

    @Shawhelp We already did contact them. They wrote to request the service be turned over on Monday and never heard back from y’all. They’ve also sent another request today. All y’all did was send me an email stating that changes were made to my service and didn’t bother to attach anything

    @Shawhelp Again, it’s not a thing they need to take over for considering they’re waiting on Shaw and have been since Monday, but I continue to not blame you individually for not being able to help what has been a company wide issue
