    @Shawhelp Did you upgrade or change something because our wifi is not working well, extenders all show working but drop off abruptly and don’t rejoin very quickly either. Some devices won’t connect at all!

    @Shawhelp why do you close the phonelines so early? It used to be 24/7 , now u can't get help to save your life and chat feature will bounce you out several times. I'm about to switch, its so frustrating!

    (1/3) I'm a university Student who uses shaw internet as it is the only provider in my area. Constantly we are facing outages, minimum once every hour. @Shawhelp refuses to do anything about it, I have failed an exam because of my internet going out. The help line is rude,
