    @Shawhelp I have tried the instructions on that page. Also the only thing provided by your tech. It did not work. I was never prompted to download/install iOS Profile. Hence cannot connect to ShawPasspoint. ShawOpen is the only one that works.

    @Shawhelp I’ve been trying for weeks. You folks can send me the dm. And find the appropriate person to read through chat transcripts, where you’ll see multiple requests for assistance. Thanks. (Wish I was paid by the hour for how many hrs it takes to have support for services I pay for).

    Hey @Shawhelp. Any advice for what to do when your BlueCurve app freezes during On Demand programs? Really frustrating when it starts over and you can't skip forward to the time it froze. Any idea when you will have a fix in place? Thanks

    @Shawhelp what’s with the spotty service lately? Last 4 days tv has frozen internet is operating 380 mbps slower than what I pay for… maybe time to go to a competitor with competent service

    @Shawhelp Every single night at approx midnight the internet goes out in Saanich. Competition can't come fast enough. Customers never get compensated for the nightly outages. So tired of the excuses & never having internet or wifi.

    @Shawhelp Hi! It's me again. So I'm trying again, to connect, via Wi-Fi,to set up my new laptop & it just won't connect to the internet. 😩 I have the right network, it says connect automatically, but nothing is happening. Am I just hopeless?🙄
