    @NickPaisano @Shawhelp This is happening way too often. I am tired of the send us a dm trouble ticket, have you tried the trouble shooting steps BS. It is clear these are wide area outages not individual subscriber issues.

    @TopazAhmed @Shawhelp That is ture they didn’t even grandfathered me all they want is 231 or 246 to keep me even though I pay 175 so what’s the point if they aren’t willing to lower it better switching to @TELUSsupport you just lost a customer Shaw

    @Shawhelp No. I don't want to DM. I want public messages. You have double the speed internet for the same price for new customers. But it's not on my profile cause I'm already your customer and has been for 15 years. Current deal since 2018. But no one could add that to my profile.
