@LHKirkland1 @ShawInfo We've had issues with our internet and some of our TV channels going out when it gets hot this summer and the past 2 summers. Everything has been rewired and it's still happening - just not as often as last year

So I spoke to @canadaposthelps about the issue and they told me that you use the same QR code for all shipments. Meaning @Shawhelp should have the code, but they don't have a way to track it. AND they told me we're not the first time they've been told this about Shaw. 4/...

@Shawhelp You can't just withdraw money because your system has flaws in it. I as a customer am not in control of canada post or your warehouse staff. It does not mean by default that I should be the one billed. I dropped it off at Canada Post as instructed my hands are clean.

@Shawhelp It has been determined by numerous techs on your end, that the box on my end is NOT the issue. It is somwhere between the broadcasters, and outside my property. You keep pixilating, I keep tweeting till its fixed. Simple #yvr #fraservalley
