I just want a refund for not getting what I've been paying for. 180 per month. very poor service and even worse customer service.

I was told I would receive a call when your ability to schedule a technician was restored. It’s been over 24 hrs and no call. Ya’ll ok?

Intermittent disconnections which a technician has told me to my face they know what the problem is and it isn't being fixed. I keep jumping in to online chats just to have a log of outages
