    Hi @TELUSsupport @TELUS Have been with your company for 1 day switching from @Shawhelp and already want to cancel my services. I had to make a phone call this morning and now in tears after dealing with the Bigot who humiliated me, I hung up, he called back and did it again 👋

    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo so I took all the steps advised via an offline DM help desk session...after 2 hours of wasted time the only answer given to me was an upgrade? Apparently we have a 1Mbps/0 internet speed for $66! And I can “upgrade” to 5/1? And that’s my best option?
