    Dealt with Shaw for forty yrs and thought would give Telus a try on a new service. BIG MISTAKE ! Mon. I called C/ S they told me they would call me in 48 hours or less to deal with problem. No call. @TELUS @Shawhelp Telus customer service offshore. Shaw is in Canada.

    Just had a @ShawInfo customer chat representative tell me my 2-year internet agreement at $65 per mth 1st yr and $95 per mth 2nd yr was a "deep discount which I should enjoy." (Their words exactly). Considering their current offerings, I both feel both #rippedoff & #punkedoff!

    @Shawhelp a tech wasn’t able perform our install during our scheduled appointment last week and Shaw didn’t reschedule my port out - now my internet is down. I’m WFH and need connectivity. Help!
