It has been spotty for the last few days. I believe you are aware there is a problem but could you update me when it will be repaired.

Today I have received in excess of 700 spam emails: different languages, nonsensical words, confirming fake subscriptions. Chat said I had to fix myself. There must be something you can do at source. I rarely got spam previously. HELP!

They tried everything, “node” was down. Node is up, services still down. No physical technician for DAYS yet. I’ll be looking for a credit.

You already got your devices, I can't comprehend why you choose to do this. Customer loss = get harassed?
