@Bell_MTS - for the last year we have been able to use @Netflix_CA even though we have @shawhelp Internet. All of a sudden that channel says we have to subscribe to your Internet. We switched from yours because it's awful!

But there is one flaw with the application system @Shawhelp. Why can I only allowed 3 devices at one time. A customer should be able to use the Television BlueCurve Free TV application on a minimum of 10 devices. cc @ShawInfo

@skywisefahr @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Tech showed up at 2, and left at 6:30. They had a problem multi-homing 3 static IPs to a single mac address. They fixed it, but with the problems I decided to add more ethernet cards to the firewall rather than multi-home.

@Shawhelp We cannot have the modem fail during work. I cannot be waiting 30 mins on hold for support then unplugging and plugging in modems. I need an it internet connection at ALL times.

@Shawhelp what’s the deal ? Langley no service for days. No cell, home phone, cable or wifi. It was 60km winds, not much of a storm. Not feeling very confident going forward (both rogers and shaw have shown they’re unreliable) powers been back on over 24 hours now.

@ShawInfo shaw mobile is the worst for service and customer service. Do not get Shaw mobile You will barely be able to text. Call or use internet. They will just keep taking your money for something you cannot use.

@Shawhelp Yeah, hopefully something will be done soon. This is 6 days a week that I have to deal with this if I want to stay with Shaw. That last part is becoming a larger "if" every day. Which is unfortunate, as I like the company, but I think I like sleep, though I never get any.

@Shawhelp im having high download latency and it is resulting in high packet loss in games. have tried unplugging and replugging modem and reconnecting to wifi, as well as flush DNS but I am still having these problems
