As a new Shaw customer I have figured out what SHAW stands for: Stay on Hold And Wait. Two days of being put on hold for 45 mins at a time. Call backs take hours and they don't give you a chance to say hi before they hang up when they do call back. Do not use Shaw. @Shawhelp

I’m tired of waiting on hold @Shawhelp. I’ve already talked to an agent to let them know I’m cancelling my service. There is really no need to transfer me to “the loyalty department” to complete this cancellation request. This is very poor customer service.

@Shawhelp The worst upgrade of the television guide settings EVER!!! Worst colour designs that you have selected. Not comfortable on the customers eyes at all. Black on Teal Green/Blue isn’t the best selection. Should create a multiple options available for the customer to select.

Dewar gawd! can customer service @Rogers - @ShawInfo be any worse??? Last week had to call 3 different times and hold each time was over 65 minutes. Not to mention it took 5 tries to even get the hold music. Is anyone in @MarkJCarney office & his cabinet reviewing this pathetic excuse for a company. Seems like a classic case of bigger and no competition & little To no oversight results even worse service, selection & little To no help for customers when needed or to resolve situations
