This is literally ridiculous.... I have my ps5 hardwired to my router and the internet still drops... clearly it’s not cause the wifi🙄 I’m losing full with this dog water company, like theyre so free, boxed like a fish, no thumbs type ****. @ShawInfo

(1/2) I must say that I am quite disappointed with the #ITAENG #Euro2020Final picture quality on @Shawhelp and @CTV. Low resolution, compression artifacts, dropped frames, etc. Meanwhile it’s shot in 4K HDR and is being presented as such by @BBC in the UK.

The new voice controlled Shaw TV is the crappiest system I've ever used. Poor quality(macroblocking), horrible interface, duplicate recordings, audio & video dropouts. Just horrible. I'm seriously considering dropping it. @ShawInfo @Shawhelp

Shaw informed me I need to upgrade my TV box or I'll lose channels. Guess what - with the "upgrade" I lost a bunch of channels. After dealing w/ Shaw for 8 hours on chat/phone, issue is still not resolved. Thanks for the downgrade @ShawInfo - still waiting for a call from you!

@ShawInfo my 84 yr old mother was charged $300 for cable box 5 days after cancelling service. Waiting 11 weeks now for refund box returned 1 week after cancellation. Way to go jerks! #shittyservice #bigtelecom
