Paula Bennett (@paulawhite45) reported from Didsbury, Alberta@Shawhelp Sadly we do this and are told same things disconnect all for 30 seconds the plug back in etc. No one is too concerned with the frequency of the service crashing. It’s unacceptable and awful. My husband said to the tech service two days ago… talk to you in two days.

Paula Bennett (@paulawhite45) reported from Didsbury, Alberta@Shawhelp The tech finally ran a report and found there is an RF issue to the modem. They are finally sending someone out but it shouldn’t take so long to get matters resolved.

I’m paying for the service I expected it to work. If not, I expect a discount on my bill this month because this is ridiculous.

Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟
