    @ShawInfo omg every two days we have internet issues and have to reboot modems. This is unacceptable. We moved from a farm and had more reliable service then we do now! @TELUSsupport offer us a deal and we will switch.

    @Shawhelp Sadly we do this and are told same things disconnect all for 30 seconds the plug back in etc. No one is too concerned with the frequency of the service crashing. It’s unacceptable and awful. My husband said to the tech service two days ago… talk to you in two days.

    @Shawhelp I have rebooted it twice and get the following message: "Error 64417 We encountered an error loading Shaw on Demand. We are currently experiencing temporary problems with VOD. Please try again later."

    @Shawhelp Any idea why upstairs HDPVR isn't receiving Knowledge Network (channel 10 in our area), but downstairs PVR is receiving it just fine? Tried refreshing channel listings already through the app, but it didn't fix the issue.

    @Shawhelp Is there a problem with CNN in Surrey, BC today? The channel keeps going blank for a few seconds. I have re-booted the box and it hasn't helped.

    @Shawhelp why can't your representatives help and walk through an elderly lady to set up her Shaw email on a new tablet. Instead you leave her frustrated and confused asking anyone else for help who don't know your server configurations. You used to have good customer service
