@Shawhelp Sadly we do this and are told same things disconnect all for 30 seconds the plug back in etc. No one is too concerned with the frequency of the service crashing. It’s unacceptable and awful. My husband said to the tech service two days ago… talk to you in two days.

@ShawInfo omg every two days we have internet issues and have to reboot modems. This is unacceptable. We moved from a farm and had more reliable service then we do now! @TELUSsupport offer us a deal and we will switch.

@Shawhelp The issue was channel and guide based. I unplugged my box and and plugged it back in, and it didn't fix it. Even power cycled my modem before that. The issue wasn't on my end. And why would reports be brought forth at 3am?? Your system can't detect these issues?

@Shawhelp I'm not jumping on my computer at 3am to chat with you. Problems with your system should have been detected automatically. They should only be confirmed by customers.

Hey @Shawhelp - who can I talk to about a call center agent who kept my dad on the line +40 min while they pretended to ‘look’ for a supervisor? My dad didn’t get his issue solved bcs he had to end the call (after almost an hour of waiting for a supervisor), and get back to work.

Hey, @ShawInfo, why is it when I try and get troubleshooting help with your connectivity issues that need to be escalated support your first-level techs box me out with a mandatory but unfillable survey? That is some grade-A evil corporate **** right there. I'm completely stuck.
