Paula Bennett (@paulawhite45) reported from Didsbury, Alberta@Shawhelp Sadly we do this and are told same things disconnect all for 30 seconds the plug back in etc. No one is too concerned with the frequency of the service crashing. It’s unacceptable and awful. My husband said to the tech service two days ago… talk to you in two days.

Paula Bennett (@paulawhite45) reported from Didsbury, Alberta@Shawhelp We are, and as usual it’s unplug replug. My thought Is if I paid Shaw for the actual service received the company would be billing by the hour as that’s how ****** the service is on both customer service and services provided.

Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟

Some of them have audio issues or are not accessible. I’ve tried to call a couple times - but the hold time is +1 hour and I just give up. Please help.

Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway
