@Shawhelp I think Shawdy service is a sad reality with Shaw. It’s pretty bad @Xplornet has better service in the middle of no where than Shaw

@Shawhelp Well another day another stupid dropped connection. Happened last night and tonight. Normally it’s every two days. This is unacceptable. I think it’s time to say buh bye to Shaw @telus make us a deal

@Shawhelp Sadly we do this and are told same things disconnect all for 30 seconds the plug back in etc. No one is too concerned with the frequency of the service crashing. It’s unacceptable and awful. My husband said to the tech service two days ago… talk to you in two days.

@ShawInfo omg every two days we have internet issues and have to reboot modems. This is unacceptable. We moved from a farm and had more reliable service then we do now! @TELUSsupport offer us a deal and we will switch.

Shocked @ShawInfo. Do not use them! service is always dropping. I’ve dealt with #techsupport 5x #CustomerService 10+x, new router and all. Can’t even have a meeting w/ out serv drop. They want me to pay them to cancel serv I dont get. @cbcgopublic
