It’s unacceptable and awful. My husband said to the tech service two days ago… talk to you in two days.

Paula Bennett (@paulawhite45) reported from Didsbury, Alberta@ShawInfo omg every two days we have internet issues and have to reboot modems. This is unacceptable. We moved from a farm and had more reliable service then we do now! @TELUSsupport offer us a deal and we will switch.

Very poor user experience. Also there is no phone number provided. Shaw was way better.
