    @Shawhelp What’s going on with wifi in Leduc the last few mornings Shaw?? So spotty, cutting in and out. Horrible! I have Telus calling me daily to sign up for fibre optic internet and I’ve held off but cripes, I pay over $200 a month for shoddy service?? This is getting old!!

    @Shawhelp really close to buying out of my contract due to your awful service and going back to Telus. Have had at least 20 ping increase in every game I play since swapping to Shaw last year and this outage Ive been experiencing today is getting close to the last straw

    @Shawhelp Why the hell don't you guys allow for network prioritization on your default gateway? This should be a basic support function under advanced and it doesn't even require a background network logic to implement.

    @Shawhelp I put over 100 dollars a month into my service, the very LEAST you guys can do is try to keep it live for a DAY without being disconnected from your DNS or nonsense like this.
