@Shawhelp Good morning. My cable has been down since 1030 last night. Live in Cobble Hill BC. I saw a maintenance happening between 1200 and 0600 but it went off at 1030

@Shawhelp my internet download speed is only 5.7mbps & ping is 17mps My modem keeps cutting out. Shaw directed me to unplug all connections wait 30 seconds then plug everything back in. Worked well for about 5 minutes then speed dropped & modem cut out.

@Shawhelp I live in the Sundance community of Calgary. Telus is currently installing Fibre optic cable. Is Telus impacting the performance & reliability of my Shaw internet & Wi-fi service? OR perhaps I should change my service to Telus.

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp Just know your team charges me full price for data/calling/mms/SMS, when my data is faulty and MMs does not work at all. Tried to make me feel bad about asking why I am paying full price for a partial service that is taking 3+ weeks to solve.
