    @Shawhelp NY wifi has been sporadic and very sluggish for over a month. Is there an issue?

    @ShawInfo proved I made the right decision switching services. Always paying on time, 5 years! cancelled services that were NOT as advertised, paid most of the penalty, missed tiny amount and get a collection notice! Never again Shaw, outrageous, no respect!

    @Shawhelp none of my tv channels are working but “the guide” is correct. I get a message on every channel Sorry there seems to be a problem here with code XRE-03121
