    @snidclothing @Crackmacs @ShawInfo I switched my work phone back to Rogers as I found shaw mobile didn’t switch over to their partner networks very at all. I had a few sites that site just on the edge of the shaw network and I’d miss a lot of calls. My wife is still on shaw and it works great in town.

    @cityofsaskatoon I am interested to know how the City will deliver unrestricted free public wi-fi service to 1,500 residents without competing with established providers like @SaskTel or @ShawInfo.

    @Shawhelp No, I will not sit on hold & explain this problem ten more times to your representatives. I was told on Jan 17th this would be resolved in 48hrs and it hasn’t. I just waited 10mins on hold for nothing. I have already waited 20 days for you to help. @ShawInfo #shawhelpisnohelp

    @ShawInfo very unreliable internet can't get cisco or Arris to work with your network and is out 🙄 @sasktel will be a better option

    @Shawhelp my internet stopped working in the night. No lights on the router except the power button. I have completely unplugged all and replugged in and still no lights except the power light. Did my router die or is there no signal to my house?

    .@ShawInfo @ShawHelp as @CRTCeng mandates paper bills, I still haven't received the paper bills I've requested since June 2020, despite e-billing disabled, numerous customer support conversations and receiving Shaw paper bills for another account at the same address

    @shawinfo I called about my modem being set up wrong and when I called your support tech told me lies and I know they are lies and refused to help me. I owe you nothing I want you to make that collections agency stop calling me he yelled at me about it being a business account FU

    .Thankfully @shawinfo has seemingly sent a credit invoice. I still would have liked not losing a feature like remote admin through calling @shawhelp. I know that I would not like support agents on a phone using words to take services and support offered on my account away from it
