    @Shawhelp is there an internet outage in Winnipeg. North Kildonan region? Myself and Shaw using neighbors are all having issues this morning. Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway

    Hey @Shawhelp , those of us in Port Moody/Coquitlam who are now at nearly 12+ hours without service(s) will be looking for a credit on our next bill! And whomever’s responsible for the outage should be penalized.

    @Shawhelp Just ch 199 in Victoria . I just got thru on phone. Agent has worked with back office and confirmed the issue. Back office is escalating with channel provider. “THe Frame” Said it might take a day or two but should be fixed. Cheers.

    @Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.
