Day 4 of no internet because @ShawInfo won't come down to fix it. Called me after my scheduled appointment to tell me the guy "called in sick". This is ridiculous and awful service. Such a joke

@Shawhelp I know this isn't a Shaw issue, but I'm perplexed. We subscribe to Disney+, and supposedly, the movie "Nomadland" began its availability on Disney+ yesterday. It's not there- at least not on my Disney+. Could it be a regional thing?

I asked @Shawhelp if there was an option for service that didn't include up to $480 in early cancellation fees. Mentioning that my grandmother is 95. None were presented. Apparently they'd be so expensive its not even worth looking it up.

Dear @ShawInfo @Shawhelp I have been a customer for 4 years now. I have now experienced two service interruptions within a month. I work from home as do millions of other Canadians. I rely on my internet. I cannot get my issue resolved until Tuesday at 12pm the earliest. This is
