    @ShawInfo Sure would be nice to pvr a hockey game. But shaw system is so crappy it always records blackout channels even if proper channel selected. 2nd rate software awful customer service. Actually NO customer service. Use rabbit ears !!!!

    @ShawInfo @thehackergals Will prices come down? That is what thousands of customers are asking? In many provinces. In many different cities. The burning question remains. 6 Billion dollars needs to be replaced. The interest rate and payment is very high.

    @ShawInfo absolutely terrible service Trying to help my parents get Wi-Fi up and running again. Wasted 2 with an agent online, then all of a sudden the agent is gone and I’m passed onto someone else. Yup great customer service, I would never ever recommend your services

    @AlbertaatNoon yes I've already made plans to cancel my @ShawInfo account if and when this merger goes through. All this will do is make Brad shaw an even richer person. Customers will suffer, and people will lose jobs.
