@Shawhelp I do not normally escalate these things, but I am floored by the absurdity of what I just experienced on behalf of a family member, who has been a loyal customer for 40 years. I will DM, but honestly, you need to do better.

Hey @Shawhelp - we’re having all sorts of trouble with our Bluecurve modem it seems. Keeps disconnecting and pausing various devices then connecting them with what looks a new device. Please help!

@Shawhelp my internet is down. I tried unplugging the router (60sec) and plugging it back in. I checked and my last bill was paid in full. My phone connects to wifi but it has no internet. My neighbor next door has Shaw and theirs is working. Why don't I have internet?
