@Shawhelp @ShawInfo after wasting my entire Sunday afternoon I thought I had a solution. A tech was supposed to arrive between 6 & 8 tonight. It’s now almost 9, nothing. I’m furious.

@Shawhelp I called earlier today and was told there was an internet /cable tv outage in Evanston in NW Calgary. That was hours ago and I still have no services. Can you confirm? It's not listed on your outage page.

@ShawInfo @redcrosscanada LOL. But you won’t give YOUR OWN EMPLOYEES paid time off to get a covid shot…. WHAT A ******* JOKE. Your management team should be shuffled out, but I guess that will happen with Rogers takeover. You should all be fired. ******* corporate bullshit. **** you

  • mister_price David Price (@mister_price) reported

@Shawhelp No, it was an outage that was happening the moment I tweeted you. You know, ShawHelp really doesn’t… generally the response is “I don’t see anything”… “it happened earlier” is a new one. The last thing I will ever expect to hear from you is, yes, you are right there’s a problem

  • ChilliCrisp Spicy ADHD Friend (@ChilliCrisp) reported

Hey @ShawInfo just heard you don’t allow employees paid time off to get vaccinated. Kinda disgusting considering you send these poor people into close contact with other humans and your monopolizing scumcorp has more money than god. Can’t wait til @Novusnow buries you in BC 😤

  • thejjn johnny awesome (@thejjn) reported

@Shawhelp a lot of intermittent signal in panorama hills calgary today. A rep just told me a node is overheating causing the signal issue. Can you confirm that?

  • MrScallywag lordcscallywag (@MrScallywag) reported

Guess I'll be cancelling my @ShawInfo account since they don't support their employees getting vaccinated.

  • gersart Gersart (@gersart) reported

And it looks like the Internet has died in the capita hill/Banff trail area again today, @Shawhelp Apparently the owner of this place was offered “2 free days” for the 2 days when the net was down this past month. The pharmacy opens in a bit. Let’s see if the can get in today
