    @ShawInfo hey so my service has been very spotty lately. Actual connection dropouts that outright shouldn't be happening. The phone support has been useless to help find a fix. And one time just hung up on me. I expect better out of Shaw.

    My @Shawhelp internet is down in SE Edmonton. Anyone else? Need to be online for a work meeting after lunch. Tried restarting a few times.

    so I guess no? @shawhelp, not a single supervisor or manager who is willing to place a call back on this? over a week of service at less than a tenth of the speed paid for, two service calls, three interruptions, hours on with support in the past 40 days. #customerexperience
