Never angrier than on behalf of another: rel of ours (not on social media) jst said @ShawInfo hung up when put rep on hold for less than a min, 2 cross room 2 get a bill! How many hrs has Shaw made us wait on hold! Gawd 4bid it has to wait 60secs! Shaw used to have good service!

@kevinlovestech @Kristinnuendo @Shawhelp Our place, they had unwired a ceiling light and taped the wires, but left the bulbs in it. Took me about 2 hours to figure out wtf was going on.

I normally wouldn't call them out publicly but @Shawhelp instead of trying to fix my bandwidth problem that I very deliberately explained to them, have accused me of running torrenting software. I wish there was some way to convince tech people that I know how computers work.
