@Shawhelp hey Shaw. 3 days. 3 outages. Not a happy customer here!

  • publishingrenee Renée Layberry (@publishingrenee) reported

@Shawhelp We just reset the modem. It's working again for now hut we've no idea when it'll go down again. 4 times we've had to reset in the last 3 days. Twice today. It's clearly a modem problem. Shaw needs to replace the modem ASAP. Like, by tomorrow. Friday is not acceptable.

  • publishingrenee Renée Layberry (@publishingrenee) reported

Disgusted with @Shawhelp who told us on Saturday, when our internet went down, that they can't send a tech with a new modem until this Friday. My husband and I both work from home. Totally unacceptable. Just send someone over to drop off a new modem, FFS!

  • nickenjel Nick Longo (@nickenjel) reported

  • fiacc Fiacc O'Brien Moran (@fiacc) reported

@mintsource @Shawhelp They just dm'd me to say there isn't an outage.... Which there is because we're reporting it.

  • mintsource dan (@mintsource) reported

@fiacc @Shawhelp well the thing is technically it's not an outage as it's still working... it's just we are getting unusable download speeds of 1.7mbps rather than the ~100-600mbps we are paying for.
