@Shawhelp As the earlier screenshot shows, your chat support person says that it does include “reduced speed” and the fact that the account pages says such is a “glitch”. So which is it? If there is reduced speed after 1 GB, why don’t I have ANY data connection?

@0CynicalBastard @ShawInfo I will never in my life give Shaw another cent. They ruined my view without thought or consideration after a decade of not having a cable run there. I just can't with them. EVER. I have been w Telus before &was happy so will give them my business.

Just renewed with @Shawhelp and all I can say is thankfully I have 10 days to cancel and get out of this horrible new glitchy service. Activation is a nightmare. Nothing is working. Does not bode well for the future. Looking into switching everything to @TELUS

My remote for my shaw cable PVR doesn’t work properly so poor @ShawInfo has to bill me $14, mustn’t be charging enough on cable fees !

@Shawhelp this is regarding your insurance partner Likewize where I have sent my phone to repair. According to them it should have been repaired and returned within 5 daumys and now it's been 12 days. I'm still have no clue on it. Please support.
