@ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp Unfortunately, it seems like you have to be connected to the right person int heir service department. I had a bricked modem. It took 8 calls. Last call - guy not only fixed the issue, had a new modem sent the next day, and reworked my plan for more services at less cost.

@Shawhelp Shaw are bottom feeders. Lots of time to make cheeky comments/ rob people blind because they don't question or look at their bills. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Still lodging complaint with CRTC and BBB once I'm done making another bill for a nonexistent acct disappear.
