    @Shawhelp After over an hour with customer support, I was told that 25 Mbps is the actual maximum for this area. Talking with others around this area, I was told they too were told they were getting 100Mbps upload and were only getting 25 mbps

    @sumicatherine @Shawhelp I have no service either and I see from twitter others in different places have no service yet Shaw has no reports of outages. Makes no sense to me
