@Shawhelp tired of my blue curve not working properly have had many conversations with tech to just be hung up or disconnected. Can’t pvr with out the show skipping and also watching regular tv. Contract is up in January and most likely won’t renew service has been horrible

@Shawhelp Oh yes, we’ve unplugged everything, rebooted via main gateway modem box, rebooted via app. TV still freezes, crashes, channel not available error, pvr shows disappear from list, can’t be played, or crash multiple times while watching. We’ve replaced tv box already, no fix.

@ShawInfo Just read your twit feed, you seem to be more interested in giving reliable internet than reliable cable. Too bad.

Its so convenient that @shawhelp is closed whenever my Bluecurve Gateway app won't connect whatsoever and keeps telling me to try again. For the millionth time, my solution is once again to unplug and plug the gateway back in. #garbagetech #bluecurvesucks

@Shawhelp is it possible to not use this horrid app to change settings in my modem like port forwarding. If someone needs to port forward something how is it better to click 3 things in an app instead of the modem gui?
