    @Shawhelp Third agent hung up on me. Immediately after answering. I didn't say anything rude. I literally said yes I'm trying to get service here. Them he hung up.

    @Shawhelp @ShawDirect Been hung up 4 times trying to contact Shaw Direct. This last time, they didn't even answer, it just hung up after 10minutes waiting on hold. .This is the worst customer service. Its like you guys don't want customers.

    @Shawhelp wow 3pm and no wifi this is getting out of hand Shaw I'm getting sick of this excuse of a service, I want a new modem one that ACTUALLY works, I'm tired of paying for a broken modem that cannot stay connected, and before you say anything I did the whole reset

    @ShawInfo major screw up last night for PPV UFC 264. Your feed didn't work and neither did the recording! And you guys had no idea until we called!! And never fixed it! Biggest card if the year and missed it thanks to you guys!! Do better!!

    @Shawhelp phone line quit working in the middle of the night causing our alarm to wake the entire house. The chat feature of your app doesn't work... No phone number present... How do I contact someone from shaw without using twitter?

    Waited 5 days for Shaw tech to come fix an issue they created. Many times I reached out and was assured my appointment of 4-6 Saturday was the earliest available. It's now 6pm and I'm being told the window is actually 4-7. Thanks for the great customer service. @ShawInfo
