    @Shawhelp I have lost port forwarding. Apparently after I activated BlueCure. Now it is no longer on the modem but on the BlueCurve app or Blue curve cloud? I chatted with the BlueCurve chat app person and they didn't know. Help!!

    @Shawhelp ... I am now being sent to a chat line that has tied me up for, so far, 90 minutes. I just want to cancel the channel. You need to make it VÈRY EASY as long as IM not changing my 2 year commitment ..... 2 end.

    I’ve been charged full price ($500+) for @Novusnow TV box that is years outdated and doesn’t work anymore with their new tech, because I haven’t returned it (wasn’t contacted). He’ll of a way to treat a 10+ year loyal customer. What’s better these days @TELUS or @ShawInfo ?
