    @Shawhelp You cut my internet and have been unresponsive on chat, phone, and imessage for the past 3 hours. This is ridiculous. Incredibly shoddy service. I need my internet for work! You cannot do this in the middle of a pandemic.

    @Shawhelp Fix your feed good God. Trying to watch #WorldJuniors on TSN1 and it keeps freezing/cutting out. Browsed Twitter and found this is happening to Shaw customers only...not Telus users. Getting worse as the game goes on.
