    @TELUSsupport It wasn’t (and isn’t) the neighbourhood status, it is my house service. The service drops out ALMOST EVERYNIGHT around midnight and the modem has to be reset in the morning. 10 years with @Shawhelp and never a single issue. 6 months with TELUS and nothing but issues

    @Shawhelp Like anywhere else I have tried the Shaw Go wifi, it doesn’t work at the hospice and I am not asking that you come onto the property without permission. I’m asking that you consider the hospice as a charity you support so that wifi is accessible to patients in end of life.

    Hello @Shawhelp @ShawInfo, once again I was not given the $5 special promotion for my mobile service and once again I will have to call 611 to fix it. What is the point of preemptively offering me a discount if your system can't apply it automatically?

    @zephryus47 @ShawInfo I find Telus to have slower speeds, costs about the same but their customer service has been way more responsive than Shaw gave us.

    @Shawhelp My internet has been shutting off intermittently for a week every hour or so. I’m in Winnipeg and am hearing your upgrade the service. Why haven’t you communicated this to customers impacted by these repairs? This is absurd.

    @Shawhelp I have it figured out and it originated from my end. I had a USB extension cable from my adapter to the computer USB input to be closer to the Router and it had become unstable so I got got rid of it. Thank you for your concern, carry on please.

    @Shawhelp utterly bad customer service...shaw increased my bill without any update and is now saying tax has gone up.
