    Hey @steeletalk since you use to do consumer matters previously, you should know the company you work for has been ripping me off for 12 months & when I caught it they won’t fix the issue, basically getting charged for @netflix twice. @Shawhelp is scamming me

    My god, @Shawhelp has the worst customer service on the planet. Can't watch the #WorldJuniors, TV is black, and they don't employ human beings anymore. Guess the switch to @TELUS is going to happen sooner than we thought

    @GrantLawrence @TSNHockey No issues with streaming on AppleTV via the TSN app. There is a massive Shaw outage in BC since this morning so that may have something to do with it if you are a @Shawhelp customer.

    @Shawhelp is the reported TSN-style issue on other channels as well as multiple channels in my area are having the same issue of freeze, stutter, black screen, comes back then repeat. Just so I know if it's just us or everyone.

    @Shawhelp sorry that wasn't my question I meant was it more widespread aka on other channels so I know if I have to call this issue in, for us it was particularly bad on BC1
