    @Shawhelp yea its literally just shaw connection with the servers, I live on the west coast but my ping for east coast servers is better. friends using Telus don't have this problem and it's only a problem with my other shaw friends

    @Shawhelp yeah they are going to credit me 15$, but that only accounts for the ten package I had. I also had 20$ in specialty channels and the limited TV. I reckon I should have had about 30$ back at least. And the alleged customer service reps at the shaw tower were surly and snarky

    @Shawhelp @shawcoustmercare.@Shawhelp Shaw coustmer more then 21 years,How come exsiting loyal customer can not get promo price.only new customer gets best deal...Shaw needs to look after existing and loyal customer...Respect existing customer who has been loyal to Shaw

    @Shawhelp Don’t really want to deal with it right now 😜 not using tv at moment but internet slow or gone intermittently often. Frustrating when trying to surf web or social media on phone. I have to remind myself to turn data off on phone or I’ll unknowingly use it when Shaw not working

    @ShawInfo the "Black Friday" prices of your phones are ridiculous. If you x 24 on those Tab prices you are getting ripped off more the the Big 3, and that's quite the accomplishment. Have a SALE ffs & truly help your clients b4 the @Rogers takeover @BenKlass
