@ShawInfo After taking an hour to have a movie charge reversed because it was playing in the wrong language, and get this, there was no way to switch it to the correct language, was informed correcting the wrong was a one time thing! Yup never ordering a movie again!

@Shawhelp After over an hour with customer support, I was told that 25 Mbps is the actual maximum for this area. Talking with others around this area, I was told they too were told they were getting 100Mbps upload and were only getting 25 mbps

@Shawhelp Shaw is a multi billion dollar technology company and it can’t program a back button to go back and change a setting? Instead you have your customers jump through hoops to get a refund and then start from scratch? And then tell them they will never be allowed a refund again?
