So, @CraveCanada/@CraveHelp's website is broken, again, as it is every few months. I wonder if this is a recurrence of all the previous times they've managed to just break @Shawhelp's customers' access or if they've branched out to other ISPs as well.

In past residences, I’ve used @ShawInfo and have NEVER had this sort of billing issue. @TELUS @TELUSsupport please explain why something so fundamental to your service is so royally incompetent. #TelusSucks #PoorCustomerService
