    @Shawhelp Any outages affecting St. Albert right now? Shaw TV boxes are stuttering, freezing, losing audio sometimes. Happening across 3 Shaw wireless TV boxes. Rebooted all boxes, rebooted modem repeatedly, reset settings across the board... problem continues.

    @Shawhelp can’t wait to take 20 years of my business to @TELUS and maybe be treated with respect. I tried to stay with a BC Company, but your lack of caring about your customers shows how terrible of a company you are. Shame on you.

    @Shawhelp Same issue for me in Sherwood Park. Internet is BRUTAL, TV isn't working ether. The family is in quarantine... really not enjoying this.

    @Shawhelp Is the network down in the Edmonton Westend Lewis estates? Lost all TV and Internet. Attempted Gateway reboot but no signal (red light, now solid white)
