    @heidenreichphil @Shawhelp It was a card they needed to replace and they didn't have any on site. A new one had to be shipped from a different city to replace it. Hence why the MANY hours of horrible service Gotta love how Shaw handles their business

    @Shawhelp It's one of the most convincing phishing emails I've ever received. Down to how the look and feel of the email, and how the website are designed. Usually phishing stuff is easier to notice. The stuff I noticed is only because I'm super tech savvy. Scary.

    I will, in the near future, be seeking several months worth of free service from @shawinfo for having to spend 3 hours explaining basic concepts of Canadian television to their support staff, and then having that support staff tell me things that are untrue.
