@Shawhelp TBH, I'd switch companies already as6mbps DL internet just doesn't work during work from home orders for weeks if not months at a time. The wife is far more forgiving than I am. Perhaps we could switch and come back after you guys get around to working your stuff out next month.

@Shawhelp I was interested in your mobile services have seen advertised. All 4 customer service agents I was connected with showed no interest in informing me about how to get started. Rather were dismissive when I stated that I didn't hold an account, and rushed me off with BYE!

@ShawInfo just switched from Telus to Shaw, even worse! Crappy picture on my TV and they won't send anyone to check the line. Internet speed goes from 50 MBs to 400 MBs back to Telus again I guess and a complaint filed to Commissioner for Complaints for Telecom-television Service

@Shawhelp Yes. More than one person has mentioned in passing that Shaw was getting out of handling email service like Telus did. I found that odd since I have never received any notice by Shaw myself. I am trying to find the source of this rumour.
