    @ShawInfo $35 activation for two accounts = $70. Many carriers waive the fee if you self activate. Seems steep if you're an existing Shaw customer.

    It’s official - I hate @ShawInfo #BlueCurve service. Sure, it’s great to be able to watch across devices but its functionality sucks. I want my PVR back.

    Called @Shawhelp today to see about getting a new modem mailed to us since ours is old & we've been having slow wifi for weeks. But of course, while talking to them, speeds were fine & the guy said I'd have to upgrade my plan to get a new one. -__-

    @ShawInfo Consumers left to figure out equipment installation or forced to purchase hardware to augment weak service is terrible.Poor installs and poor support. Answer=pay more!
