@Shawhelp Curious if there is any way to reach Billing support? I sat in line for two hours via online chat, it disconnected and won't reconnect (on a pc, hardwired to your modem!) ..I waited yesterday as well on a different browser & still couldn't reach anyone.

@Shawhelp Located in the T5B4W5. Have had no Shaw home internet since the morning. Could not work as I work from home and need internet. Used a ton of my mobile data ... When will internet be back and what compensation will be provided for the full day outage.

Since @Rogers took over @Shawhelp the customer service & quality of services in general has gone downhill. 1.5 hours + counting of waiting to talk to specialist via chat support. Website keeps crashing. Bill has gone up. TV connection issues. WiFi sucks. Ridiculous. @RogersHelps

@Shawhelp any idea why I would have no audio signal in Vancouver this morning from my TV feed. I have no issue with audio through other HDMI sources. Only TV input has no audio.

I reupped with @Shawhelp internet and got quoted $122 a month ($7 more than before). Got my new contract and it's $127. I was still on chat with the agent, so I tried to ask why, aaaand I'm disconnected and now 110th in line. **** you @rogers

@Shawhelp What's the explanation for the outage. I need to know what compensation I will be given. As service with Telus is still up and no power outages happened in the area. Depending on your answer I will file my case and complaint with the CRTC

@Shawhelp Do you know about any time frame this outage will be fixed. And if it's gonna be all night do us customers get some sort of discount on our services because of the inconvenience
