    @Shawhelp Sounds like others have the same issue. If I wanted to feel like I was watching illegal streams online I’d do that, not pay for the experience

    @Shawhelp are you guys doing maintenance at all because my cable is not working. I have unpluged the box made sure my cable is tight ect.

    @ShawInfo do you know that the cable in the Crossing at Rivers Edge are is not working right. It keeps freezing up. Restarting the blucurve and the tv box doesn't solve it.

    @Shawhelp No wifi in NE Edmonton. Service has been poor and cutting in and out for days now down completely. Any ideas when it will be back up?

    @Shawhelp You can help me cancel my 85 yr old parents contract as we have to move them for medical reasons and you don't provide service in Ladner...yet they're still looking at a 23 month cancellation fee... doesn't look good on you.
