  @Shawhelp horrible customer service. I’ve been calling Shaw almost everyday for the past 2 weeks and no one has helped. And when I ask for a manager, ppl hang up. May have to change my services.

  @malmartin @ShawInfo I actually had a bad experience with one of their online chat support agents. Very rude and unprofessional. And look at the coincidence ! @TELUS offered me a lovely two year deal today. Shaw will not survive with their unprofessional and arrogant "agents".

  @ShawInfo 🤬🤮 after decades of being a loyal customer, Shaw just keeps piling on fees for the simplest of plans; this is NOT how to treaty long time customers. Shame on you!

  I was a @Shawhelp customer for 5 years, until today. Cancelling my service and going with Telus instead. Don’t use this company for internet services, all you’ll have is regrets and ****** hardware.
