Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

so @ShawDirect sends a update to our HDPVR830, and it removes all recordings on our PVR, and 📞 support says there’s nothing to be done? very disappointed they won’t do anything for us, for there update deleting movies, one time airing shows, etc, all gone… @Shawhelp

@Gojetsgo8 @ShawInfo Makes sense. Levels can change in a neighborhood as more subscribers are connected, which could drop the signal. Possible both Techs were right at the time they did their signal checks.
