    @Shawhelp I spoke to 3 representatives. They denied this mistake on behalf of shaw, denied the account mix up and denied the deal made in good faith. Why would I fall for it the 4th time? @Bell_MTSHelps hooked me up. I install both your products, and I will never use shaw service again 😒

    @Shawhelp Unfortunately, you don’t know what you’re talking about. Five text support people, and one service technician who came to my house. All of them spoke with your account people. Each one advise that when the problem gets fixed, they will call me.

    Update. Contacted Shaw technical support. They advise that my account won’t be fixed until at least Monday. Jesus. Rogers had a Canada-wide cellular meltdown a few months ago which they fixed in 24 hrs. Yet, Shaw can’t get around to fixing my internet for 5 days. @shawhelp

    @Shawhelp Any known outages in NW Calgary? Our internet/gateway system has gone down (phone still getting a dial tone, though).

    @ShawInfo internet is down AGAIN, so far 7 hours and no resolution and it is FREQUENTLY down. If I switch providers, which is increasingly more apparent that I have too, we will close two internet and one cable account. All b/c of these frequent and LONG outages #shawinternetOUT

    @Shawhelp Ok.But isn’t that really a Shaw issue? We fully believe Shaw is not taking this area seriously due to a small population. Canada went nuts when Rogers was out for 2 days! But a single outage of 4 days PLUS a ton of frequent &often 8 hour outages here seem to elicit no response.

    @Shawhelp Just got off another conversation with your tech support. She says she spoke to the right people to escalate this as a priority. Im told that I can expect a call from them as soon as the problem with my account is fixed, which is what they said yesterday.
