@Crackmacs @ShawInfo Shaw’s customer service is crap when it comes to this kind of stuff. Expected outages like this, customers should be given at least 2 weeks notice and a reminder sent out a few days before.

@grrrlmeetsworld @ShawInfo They bugged me in the middle of my work day last week. Pandemic door to door sales is gross. So is laying off most of your installers. I would never deal with @shawinfo.
