    @ShawInfo reception has been really bad, unwatchable lately. Tried the reboots etc. Sometimes it’s better for a while, then back to bad again soon after.

    @Austin56629759 @Shawhelp Whenever they release a new internet package they slow down our wifi and internet and even shutting it off on us at random for an hour to a few minutes

    @Shawhelp Nothing ever works with your trouble shooting. Unplugging/resetting/disconnecting every cable imaginable. Nothing ever works. Can’t wait til our contract is done.
