    @Shawhelp My mom was supposed to get her shaw booked up today. She is in a care facility now and they are in their rooms due to covid protocol so tv was supposed to be hooked up today for her. They just called to cancel and delay to Tuesday. Is there anyway around this?

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp I hate telus But your internet might send me back to them. I get disconnected multiple times a week or even day. Yes I called customer service and turning on and off the router/restarting gateway can help. But surely I shouldn't have to do this every week?

    Hi @Shawhelp - my tv remote has lost two functions: “last” and the number pad is not working. Everything else is fine. There is a green light when I press those keys, and I’ve changed out the batteries. Thoughts?

    @Shawhelp I worked with chat support already thank you. They say “interference in our area”, and now 3 days before a tech will be out to check. Not an acceptable customer service solution unfortunately.

    The hoops one has to jump through to cancel cable and telephone for a loved one that is dying and in hospice care. Shame on you @Shawhelp @shawinfo Your customer service rep. discussing their own history with cancer was an added #disgraceful , cherry on top. #Shawcable
