Horrible Horrible customer support at @ShawInfo disappointed! 6 years with you guys and I have never been this frustrated. Been calling you guys since 2 weeks for a simple billing issue which you cant fix. Your reps make fake promises to call back every single day.

@Shawhelp Why is my WIFI always out? I'm in Willow Park in Calgary. I'm always having to unplug my modem & plug it back in. That's not working tonight & I've used half my data for my phone because of it.

@ShawInfo I do not appreciate making complaints towards your outfit as I am trying to be good. However when your employee is so rude to me by telling me your modem/router is incapable of remote admin and its function stopped my mail business about it, I am hurt you are collecting
