@Shawhelp It's a shaw email problem, do you still service shaw email? None of the questions asked lead me to that. Has Rogers taken over all of it now?

  • MaryPChipman
    Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported

@Shawhelp Yes, the new TV box (#2) is running, however, without a cable, the signal sometimes cuts out - the Internet might be down or slow for a nanosecond. Our WiFi shows as being strong.

@Shawhelp is there an internet outage in Winnipeg. North Kildonan region? Myself and Shaw using neighbors are all having issues this morning. Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway

@ShawInfo I've been on hold for 5 hours in the last 2 days and and an hour on the chat before it crashes. I need my bill adjusted. Please help

@Shawhelp Sadly this is 2 days in a row of trying, and today is the last day of the billing cycle, so if I miss it I believe I’ll be double billed essentially. Sad that I have already wasted 5 hours on hold between the last 2 days. Quite disappointed as a loyal customer.

  • LindsayWiebeRD
    Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported

@Shawhelp - I pay internet just to have it cut out for close to an hour every day when I come home from work. If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.

  • Freshtodef
    Young and Fly (@Freshtodef) reported

@Shawhelp @LindsayWiebeRD Former Shaw client here of over 25 years. I recommend switching to another provider. Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now

@Shawhelp I can no longer access the Xfinity app to view my security cameras ever since this single sign on update. I have tried different devices and it’s the same. It keeps taking me back to the sign in page after entering my credentials. Please help asap
