    @Shawhelp your new way of registering new devices on shaw open is bad. I cant even manually add devices based on their MAC Address... horrible update

    @Shawhelp Called today when my Internet and TV were out. Told that nothing can be done till tomorrow morning because it’s not a big enough problem. Told to figure it out until then. What do I do when I have to be online at 9 am.

    @Shawhelp tecnician came today to fix an issue with inconsistent cable and internet. Left saying it was an issue with the line, but that it should work the way it was until the line crew could be dispatched. Have now been on the line with support for 45min as we have NO CABLE 1/2

    @Shawhelp Actually I do have a question. Changing channels is extremely slow. In fact it looks like the tv is frozen. What can I do?

    @Shawhelp The Internet is out in SE Edmonton (Whitemud & 17th), and as usual, Shaw is NOT showing the outage on the map. No I won't DM my account info, I got in my car and went to local biz's and they are out too.

    @Shawhelp we have had internet throughput / connectivity issues for at least 3 days now. We live in West End. Just called help line but auto response talks about issue in our area being worked on, so we hung up. Do you know if “area issue” has been going on for days as well?
