@Shawhelp Oh yes, we’ve unplugged everything, rebooted via main gateway modem box, rebooted via app. TV still freezes, crashes, channel not available error, pvr shows disappear from list, can’t be played, or crash multiple times while watching. We’ve replaced tv box already, no fix.

@Shawhelp @ShawInfo Thank you for tricking customers into 2-year term and then slowing down the internet and while they ask for help, your representatives prove them wrong and doesn't allow to speak to a supervisor and also doesn't cancel the service for them.

@Shawhelp is it possible to not use this horrid app to change settings in my modem like port forwarding. If someone needs to port forward something how is it better to click 3 things in an app instead of the modem gui?

@Shawhelp The past few weeks I've had glitches in my TV signal every ~30-45s or so. They are replicated if I rewind & replay the feed. It's present on a few channels, but much more noticeable on @Sportsnet. Any ideas?
