@Shawhelp The system did its own self reboot and came back on so at the moment it is working again. So it was down for a couple hours.

@Shawhelp my home internet went down shorty after 3pm PT, and is still down - orange flashing light on Bluecurve Modem. I’m in #CityOfPG - is this a known outrage, any suggestions to get things working again?

I’m also seeing that @FreedomMobile/@ShawInfo mobile line is similarly showing intermittent 0 bars. Is this related since Freedom roams mostly on the Rogers network?

@ShawInfo waited 4 hours for a confirmed tech appointment to fix my internet that hasn’t worked steadily for 2+ weeks. Nobody shows. Find out nobody was even assigned to my service request.

@Rogers @Fidomobile We regret signing with Fido/Rogers. Refunds for this long outage should be in order. I sure hope that the CRTC denies your takeover of @ShawInfo. We don’t want you to ruin a good thing.
