@Shawhelp The system did its own self reboot and came back on so at the moment it is working again. So it was down for a couple hours.

@ShawInfo I'm actually troubled this morning. I begged you for a solution but you won't solve it & I have to switch. I HATE Telus. It is seriously bothering me they're on the way. But I have to have internet in my home office, it's imperative to my career. Dammit I'm mad.

Dear @Shawhelp …recording shows on our pvr is unreliable. Recording cuts out, freezes, etc. Refreshing and restarting doesn’t help. Why do we pay for this ‘service’ when we just rely on next day streaming? Your service is brutal and I can’t wait to cut my cable

@Shawhelp Anything you can do to stop the barrage of spam calls to my LAN line? I've been getting them every 3-10 minutes for the last 90 minutes. I'm at the point of leaving my phone "off the hook" so they get a busy signal. They're spoofing 403 area code numbers.
