    4/x September 21st, almost a month later, the questionable staff of @shawhelp confirmed with me that my balance was no longer owing and that they’ve notified Pro Collections to take me off of their Collections list (which I should have never been put on in the first place).

    @Shawhelp heads up I’m zero satisfied with your wifi cable boxes. Constantly having to unplug/reset…shows don’t record properly…guide doesn’t display that a show is going to be recorded. More than one box more than one problem every couple of days 👎🏻

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I’m not sure what is going on with your company anymore but I just had the most horrific incident with one of your telephone agents. I was gaslit, lied to, and treated like scum. I’m almost in tears. @Shawhelp can you do better? I give up.
