ShawHelp is usually super helpful, but are they really asking everyone saying they’re having the SAME issue to DM them help? It’s clearly a nationwide thing. Not an individual thing.

@Shawhelp sorry that wasn't my question I meant was it more widespread aka on other channels so I know if I have to call this issue in, for us it was particularly bad on BC1

Not sure if others are having problems but #Shaw #shawinternet has been up and down all day. This is bad. May have to give up my loyalty and switch over. No one has been able to work all day #yyj @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp Any problems in Lake Country BC. Channels go to black and silent, then come back after a couple of seconds. This happens 4 to 5 times a minute then not for about 15 minutes, then starts again, on all channels.

@Shawhelp Hey Shaw instead of asking for a DM and account number I'd suggest you investigate and fix this TSN feed issue that is obvious to me is not an isolated incident. And yes, you have a DM from me.
