We have @ShawInfo internet and cable. Nearly everyday we have problems accessing TV channels in the morning. Somedays the internet cuts out every 10-15 mins for what seems like the entire day. I have to disconnect and unplug everything almost everyday 1/ #yeg #t8n

(sometimes more than once), per instruction from their online service department. This has been going on for well over a month. The TV issues have existed almost the entire time we have had @ShawInfo. I would not recommend @ShawInfo to anybody. Even if the product 2/ #yeg #t8n

@Shawhelp Hi, I'm tweeting directly because no one seems to be checking the DMs. I'm in NE Calgary, the wi-fi suddenly cut out during a video call, but the 5G network seems to be working fine. There has been problems like this for an entire week now, is there a reason for this?
