    @Shawhelp So again Tech support is no support Now I can not set recordings Because of a signal issue I can set recordings.... by going to guide and doing it one episode at a time But not able to set series recordings Over it Take your equipment Let me out of my new contract You suck

    @Shawhelp The IVR on the toll free number confirmed a service outage in our area. Now I play the waiting game, or read a book or something :-p
