    @APSpoon @Shawhelp Keep calling them until you get someone who understands. Shaw's upload isn't great to begin with but if you're onnthe Fibre you shouldn't be getting massive issues. That said, I'm confident my upload issues are Shaw related, too.

    @Shawhelp Shaw's a **** company. It's companies like Shaw that's the reason why Canada has some of the shittiest and most expensive internet in the world.

    @corimah @Shawhelp I was told via chat that indeed there is an outage in Hidden Valley, still no wifi but have been told they are working on it.
