    @xeviuss @ShawInfo Yea what happened was Telus put in new underground lines in the area and destroyed the existing ones, so now Shaw had to place overhead line to bypass the damage. They also had to replace it once due to cold weather

    Honestly if @Shawhelp was more transparent with this whole outage issue people wouldn't be upset. I just want to know if I will need to go to a friend's house with Telus Internet tomorrow for work or if I'm staying home and working. It's not that hard to give somewhat of an eta.

    @Shawhelp Oh I have been but they aren’t providing any information except that they are working on it. What is the issue? ETA for a fix? Later today? Tonight?
