@DebHolloway @Shawhelp Aww...that just sucks. I used to have shaw satellite tv, for 25 years. Not once did they ask if I was happy. Then they tell me I have to upgrade my receivers & it will cost me $1000. As much as I hated to I called Telus. I got Optic tv with 5 free PVR boxes. I fricken love it!

@DebHolloway @Shawhelp When I was set up with Telus, they set it all up and it was all free. I don't know what they offer now. I hate their computer assist bot. I needed help last week and I came on here to their Telus support and they gave me a phone number to speak to a human.

@Shawhelp I had a technician come to home yesterday , we didn’t call Shaw . They called us stating that someone is wrong and they need to fix it . Came and did some changes to cords and stuff. Now internet is slow , can’t use landline phone . Fri, is when they can come.Pls fix
