@Shawhelp Really not happy with the Shaw customer service. Even with internet plans on their website, their own representatives can't find it. Unfair treatment to their existing customers by not offering the plan.

@Shawhelp Still no internet - 36 hours. Both Telus and Rogers working. They also don't want to give update. This is inexcusable. Leaving customers in the dark is horrible client service.

@jsbmbaggedmilk @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp Telus never cancelled our service outright, but it took us over 2 weeks to actually get through to someone in the "right department" to get our unreliable service looked at. First time I have ever considered leaving telus

@Shawhelp good morning, we've been over 24 hours with no internet or cable yet we've had power since yesterday morning in Maple Ridge. I know the storm caused a lot of damage but our internet has never been out this long before. I sent you a dm already as well.
