    @Shawhelp Yes. Tried it this afternoon. Moved a Gateway Portal to a room that has never had a TV in it before. Box wouldn't work - support said there was $50/per each room/coax cable not activated. Mind blowing. Does the room need to have equip in it to have techs activate the outlet?

    @Shawhelp why wont you answer the phone. This is the second time in the space of a week ive had issues. theres no point in a support line i have to tie the phone up with for an hour on hold.

    @Bell_MTS @Bell_MTSHelps … the 8-12 app’t showed up .. late.. tells me i need a new line. MTS chat says this will happen before Nov 2?? So now no cable, internet, etc at all until then.. hello @ShawInfo.. wondering u provide service with less than a 9+ week window?

    My issue with @ShawInfo got resolved after 1 good conversation with a tech that would listen to me and a customer service representative that knew what was up

    @Shawhelp is shaw down right now? i love in wpg mb and was playing games on ps4 but it said there’s a problem with the dns server, then checked and it’s not working on my ps4 but it is on the cable box. help
