    @Shawhelp For the records, day 1 no cable or Internet service from Shaw. #worsecustomerservice #badcablecompany

  • kiyanpepper71 Jason Kiyan (@kiyanpepper71) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

    @Shawhelp new environment Canada sucks, been watching to find out the forecast. I can tell you the weather now but no idea about tomorrow. I'll just open the ******* window instead

  • jthor099 Jeff Thorlacius (@jthor099) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

    @Shawhelp this Bluecurve PVR is crap. Trying to rewind or fast forward recorded shows is near impossible. It freezes & jumps forward erratically, plus the dropping of sound while watching recordings I messaged you about a few days ago is still happening. Please fix this!

  • jthor099 Jeff Thorlacius (@jthor099) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

    @Shawhelp Just the one box and it's wireless (Bluecurve). The problem only arises on recordings, not with real-time broadcasts.

  • YouTravel Ursula Maxwell-Lewis (@YouTravel) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

    @Shawhelp Thank you for your kind response. I contacted a friend who works for @TELUS . He guided me through resetting some coordinates. Seems okay now. My files show dealing with Patricia approx. a year ago. I'd noted her poor CR then. Twice bitten! 🥺

  • ColinTwitchell Colin (@ColinTwitchell) reported from Vegreville, Alberta

    @2020CDNHockey @Canucks @NYIslanders @Sportsnet @PR_NHL @Shawhelp @CompBureau 720 p stream. Free streaming. Often not bad quality.

  • Tbeithnow Tom Beith (@Tbeithnow) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

    @Shawhelp my cable does not run properly , freezes and I have no sound. I have tried to unplug and restart to no effect . Please help

  • brynmw Bryn Morgan Williams (@brynmw) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

    Great. @ShawInfo cable tv down and next available support is next Saturday. No tv for a week would be okay, if I was at school, but it’s Spring Break!!! Time to rethink cable tv and go interwebby.

  • G_ABALI_S ABALI (@G_ABALI_S) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

  • jthor099 Jeff Thorlacius (@jthor099) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

    @Shawhelp Nope, ever since I upgraded my service that's all been fine.
