    A few months ago we noticed we were getting throttled hard af and made the choice to switch service providers from @ShawInfo to @TekSavvyBuzz. The transfer was supposed to be on Tuesday, but Teksavvy hadn’t heard back from them so we couldn’t switch over.

    Another shoutout to @ShawInfo for their stellar service. Internet and cable out all day. Last “update” at 1:15 saying “be patient”. Agents in India can’t be contacted. Well done! #changingservicesoon. #brutalagain.

    Hey @Shawhelp. Just “upgraded” to Internet 600 (was on 300) on a new 24 month contract and I’m now getting slower wifi speeds than I was with 300. Call center tech was completely ineffectual. As a 20 yr customer I’m rather upset.
