@ShawInfo I was wondering if you could make it clearer to folks returning a PVR or modem to a Shaw location. Never was it mentioned i would have to obtain a sticker then take it to a post office 😳 Really, that's 2 stops 💯

  • Soroyama David Epp (@Soroyama) reported

@Shawhelp Is anybody working to fix the internet for those of us in T5P? I see there’s already other tweets about this. Epcor had a pole fire that took out the power for a couple of hours and I suspect it took out the cable as well. How much longer am I going to be without?

  • janherms Jan Hermoso (@janherms) reported

@Shawhelp any issue in Langley area? V3A 3R9. This is the fourth time that the internet drop. Flashing orange on my shaw wifi box.

  • amfriesen AM Friesen (@amfriesen) reported

@Shawhelp Appreciate the notice - just sent DM - been putting off getting service as box eventually fixes itself but I think it's time to figure this out - thanks for being available

@Shawhelp So why not say that there could be an outage in the area. It’s been going on for days.

  • jong9548 JonBoy (@jong9548) reported

@Shawhelp my internet seems down. Is it just mine? Or ?? T5P

  • 3rdandOak Desmond Demosthenes (@3rdandOak) reported

@Shawhelp The second that a customer is told that they cannot give Shaw the equipment, that it must be shipped back, the customer service rep should say, "Don't worry, there will never be a charge against you. Returning equipment is based on good faith, but you will never ever be charged."

  • nathan_koop Nathan Koop (@nathan_koop) reported

@Shawhelp looks like my internet is down. I restarted my router and I can connect to it but no internets :-(

  • SarahFrumento 🌻 Sarah Frumento (she/her) 🇺🇦 (@SarahFrumento) reported

@3rdandOak @ShawInfo Do they supply you with a box? This sounds like such a hassle. I feel old saying it (does 42 count as old?), but I really miss good customer service. :-(

  • 3rdandOak Desmond Demosthenes (@3rdandOak) reported

Why do so many companies put the onus on the customer to do a job that is the company's responsibility. I went over to the local @ShawInfo location in Mayfair with equipment that needed to be returned. Nope... can't do that. You have to box it and send it to Edmonton. What?? 1/2
