    @Shawhelp Nah, let’s keep this public, like I said, the community of Queensland in Calgary has had outages for 10 days now, your own support team told me I was wrong but then checked with your “other support team” who apparently do know about it and don’t have any idea when it will work

    @Shawhelp im having high download latency and it is resulting in high packet loss in games. have tried unplugging and replugging modem and reconnecting to wifi, as well as flush DNS but I am still having these problems

    @Shawhelp what’s the deal ? Langley no service for days. No cell, home phone, cable or wifi. It was 60km winds, not much of a storm. Not feeling very confident going forward (both rogers and shaw have shown they’re unreliable) powers been back on over 24 hours now.

    @Shawhelp Not sure why, but our internet is down too. Was up yesterday and I see some say it was down for yesterday in Chilliwack. So wondering how it goes from working where I am to being down all day today.

    @Shawhelp I have been out of services from last 48 hours inspite of having electricity at home. Neighborhood is getting services from Telus but shaw seems to not working. Location Fraser heights, Surrey BC. It's so frustrating

    @Shawhelp @Rebeccachau I have the same problem. Electricity did not go out but Shaw internet have been down 30 hours. What’s the expected wait?
