    We are a relatively new customer to Shaw. @Shawhelp once or twice a week we lose our internet tv connection. We never had these problems with @TELUS What is up with the constant loss of connection? And you drop signals too (separate issue).

    @Shawhelp It's not an account issue. The fibre+ gateway 2 doesnt allow port forwarding thru the IP like most modems. It directs you to the app, which is hit or miss showing devices that are connected. Port forwarding should take 5 minutes. Forwarding by device is silly

    honestly, @Shawhelp sucks. I’ve legit been waiting all day for them to finally fix my wifi after 2 weeks of no wifi and they still aren’t here 🙄
