  • Chris20702939 Chris Dixon (@Chris20702939) reported

@Shawhelp good morning! I am hearing some things on the local Tech show that switching my phone carrier to Shaw is a really good idea.(especially if you are already a Shaw customer.) But do you have phones as well? I would like a new phone as well...🤔

  • dgoulet77 Grow up, shut up & mask up. (@dgoulet77) reported

.@TELUSsupport Just spent about an hour on the line, much on hold or being transferred, trying to find out if years of loyalty with TV and internet will help get a good mobility plan. Very little incentive offered & when I was transferred the last time I was dropped. @ShawInfo?

  • mikeh36 Mike Horton (@mikeh36) reported

@Shawhelp Are the service issues this morning in the Delton area of Edmonton? I've lost internet twice in the last 30 minutes.

An absolutely TERRIBLE experience with @Shawhelp today. A rare miss for company I otherwise rave about. Bummer. Fun support call incoming!

  • enrichedhorse Rich K (@enrichedhorse) reported

Another shoutout to @ShawInfo for their stellar service. Internet and cable out all day. Last “update” at 1:15 saying “be patient”. Agents in India can’t be contacted. Well done! #changingservicesoon. #brutalagain.

@Shawhelp your website says there are no issues but our offices are down here in Victoria, please advise

  • alanaround Alan Brazendale (@alanaround) reported

@Shawhelp Did that and after 3rd attempt, internet is back. Given it's 4th time recently (same issue each time) any thoughts on resolution?

  • meganpratt Megan Pratt (@meganpratt) reported

Hey @shawhelp... I dm’d you regarding our spotty service in Canyon Meadows. Help!

  • jeterfan28 cara (@jeterfan28) reported

@DustinMorris13 @Shawhelp Telus does that all the time too and it’s so frustrating. Had I known they were giving you issue I would have given them what for on your behalf Dustin. I bet they do it on purpose so you have to buy the more expensive package
