    @Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

    Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

    @LouisPhilSluggr @Shawhelp @TELUS Same, almost 6 hours no service. Talked to a rep and they said “keep an eye on our service outages updates page.” The same one that has said the same thing for 5+ hours? Thanks. I’m working from home, you think Shaw is going to reimburse me lost wages for a whole day?? Lol

    @Shawhelp Nope. I sure can't. I can clearly read the SE Edmonton is suffering an outage. But why isn't Shaw providing us with more info? If you actually cared about your customers you'd be keeping us updated. I really don't know why I pay Shaw hundreds of dollars every month.

    @Shawhelp Almost 3 hours since the last update. Why are you leaving customers in the dark? Why isn't shaw providing hourly updates? Does shaw even know what the issue is?

    Hi! We're @Shawhelp @ShawInfo we make sure our customer service reps can only confirm or deny information. Its completely unreasonable to allow them to provide any other kind of service And we'll call it progress

    @Shawhelp did you guys know there hasn’t been any update on the outage in south Edmonton since the rather vague “this might take a few hours” @ 5:30pm?

    5 hours now since the @shawinfo @Shawhelp outage and still no official explanation or ETA for restoring vital services for people. They need a whole new comms department at this rate.

    @Shawhelp Thanks, but a drive around my neighbourhood found about 8 shaw trucks, a large spooling truck and several other large utility trucks converging around a large hole. I suspect that might be the source of the issue.

    @Shawhelp The system did its own self reboot and came back on so at the moment it is working again. So it was down for a couple hours.
