@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

@ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.

Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

Yesterday I decided to move my modem/router to get better coverage. I turn it on and now lights just flash. @Shawhelp tells me there’s an outage but their site says nothing. What are you supposed to do when you wfh and heavily depend on it??

@ShawInfo I've been a Shaw customer since for over 30 years. I've stayed with Shaw because, in the past, I've had customer service. Since going to bed with Rogers, that service has become a nightmare. I'm consistently treated like I'm an idiot and I'm done.
