    @Shawhelp really second guessing if I should continue service. Trying to deal with billing now for 3 days. Just spent 30 minutes being told by a CSR that I’m trying to confuse her. My apologies, didn’t know I’m suppose to train your staff to answer simple questions. #FACTS

    Looks like we suffered a @Shawhelp outage on both internet and tv around 11:15 to 11:30. Services are slow but appear to be coming back. #SurreyBC

    @Shawhelp I’ve lost my tv/internet connection at least 4 times in the past 1.5 months and have been on hold on the phone for HOURS trying to fix the issue. This is not acceptable. Please DM me. I’m not a happy customer.

    Wow that was tough to watch again. Good news: Uograding my @Shawhelp Shaw equipment to #bluecurve tomorrow. Bad news: Losing all my recordings so had to watch @CBSBigBrother #bb21 finale 1 last time. Hard to watch for a few reasons but also best reality TV ending ever! #NicoleAFP
