Even when I look in our account it simply only says network outage since 7:35am and that it is being looked into. @bchydro does this very well and is transparent

Sad that I have already wasted 5 hours on hold between the last 2 days. Quite disappointed as a loyal customer.

Alex (@GoBills2112) reported@Shawhelp I already called in! As I said, I’ve been on hold for a long time and finally got through. Someone is coming to fix tomorrow evening but it’s not quick enough. Please send help faster. I was told it’s an isolated incident so there should be resources to send techs faster!

If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.
