@Bell_MTS - for the last year we have been able to use @Netflix_CA even though we have @shawhelp Internet. All of a sudden that channel says we have to subscribe to your Internet. We switched from yours because it's awful!

Hi @Shawhelp I called to report that we don't have any cable and I've been put into line for a long time now. This has been in our screen since last night and it's kinda annoying for we are paying a lot of money monthly and yet we are not getting the service promised. 😡

I’m tired of waiting on hold @Shawhelp. I’ve already talked to an agent to let them know I’m cancelling my service. There is really no need to transfer me to “the loyalty department” to complete this cancellation request. This is very poor customer service.

But there is one flaw with the application system @Shawhelp. Why can I only allowed 3 devices at one time. A customer should be able to use the Television BlueCurve Free TV application on a minimum of 10 devices. cc @ShawInfo

@ShawInfo 3 weeks to fix internet being slower than dial up on your internet 300 package, switched to fibre 500, modem died in 5 days. A week for a new modem. Great customer service. I miss when you employed techs that could address issues promptly. profits over people, right?

@Shawhelp So you’re saying I should order my centre ice package directly from the NHL instead of paying Shaw for the sub standard feed. My friends who bought directly have had no problems with the feed. That tells me it’s Shaw that is the problem.

@Shawhelp, the signal for most channels in North Vancouver is pretty bad. Some satelitte channels (eg CNN, Knowledge) ok but locals & Seattle unwatchable. Picture & sound breaking up. Happens periodically but worse today. Shaw used to be rock solid. What's up?

@Shawhelp The big issue is the original box I got from #ShawCable when I renewed my contract in September was the wrong box and not supporting channels for the package I have. Then shaw sends refurbished box for the replacement of the original so technically I never had a new one..
