@Shawhelp worst customer service ever. Issue wifi router keeps shutting down chatting with tech since 8:30 am hands off to another tech have to start all over again next tech does the same. Still not working at 14:00. Called @TELUSsupport making the switch.

@Shawhelp PM coming. Pls also advise as to why you show no outages on your website for northern Alberta, yet your chat bots tell me my Edmonton location has an outage? What is the value of your update service and outage information if it hasn’t published this outage after 3 hr w/o service?

@DavidHartwick_ @Shawhelp I switched to Telus SOLELY because of the disgusting customer service from Shaw. A 25 year customer and was treated condescendingly and extremely rudely. I was shocked. They do NOTHING for their loyal customers and I’m happily paying more now .

@Shawhelp @big_fan2019 I have bluecurve high speed and I was having the same issues. Please fix your cloud pvr skipping issues. Lots of complaints on your web site. Hard to watch football games when the recording skips 5 minutes. I miss key plays
