Issue wifi router keeps shutting down chatting with tech since 8:30 am hands off to another tech have to start all over again next tech does the same. Still not working at 14:00. The point is releasing an app that doesn’t support iOS 26.4.2 - and thereby angering EVERY customer who has an Apple device. Fix it ASAP, and ensure future updates work for everyone before releasing it.

Called in once before and was told there was a problem in my area but nothing has changed since then. I'm on Zoom at least once/week & need it reliable. Really getting sick of the bad service.
