@Shawhelp worst customer service ever. Issue wifi router keeps shutting down chatting with tech since 8:30 am hands off to another tech have to start all over again next tech does the same. Still not working at 14:00. Called @TELUSsupport making the switch.

@stickers66 @ShawInfo Funny! This is when I usually boast about my flawless Telus setup... except it went down yesterday. No ability to short-cut the script, had to factory reset the modem twice before they'd check with provisioning dept and discover they'd forgotten there was an account on the line

@604Now @AboutRogers @ShawInfo Not hard to figure out jobs. Reason companies merge is ton be more profitable after job redundancies are eliminated. Calgary corporate will disappear and be absorbed by Toronto and customer service will probably move to the east as well Rogers track record on merger is is abysmal

@SneakyCanadian @Shawhelp TELUS is no better. In fact less transparent on outages. When our business had TELUS we had nothing but issues with them reporting on outages. In this case we’ve been told it’s a fibre cut, at least Shaw is working on it, TELUS would still be discussing how to solve.
