My_fake_account (@raywhitebc) reported from Chilliwack, British Columbia@Shawhelp worst customer service ever. Issue wifi router keeps shutting down chatting with tech since 8:30 am hands off to another tech have to start all over again next tech does the same. Still not working at 14:00. Called @TELUSsupport making the switch.

They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly

It died doing it's duty; providing me with high speed internet access both via internet and Wi-Fi. *sob* I am forever grateful for its service and will cherish the memories we made.

Worse problems with the TV swapout, still unresolved. 1 hr trying everything, 1 hr waiting for tech support, 1 hour w it. New box needed

Vanessa (@Noosiekins) reported@Shawhelp We ended up setting up email forwarding, but I don't know if everything is forwarded. It's terrible because I am already using an E-sim so I changed all my 2 factor authentication to email...and well now my email is up in the air. Also it's only incoming that's blocked.
