Issue wifi router keeps shutting down chatting with tech since 8:30 am hands off to another tech have to start all over again next tech does the same. Still not working at 14:00. Called @TELUSsupport making the switch.

Kel Varnsen (@kel_varn) reported@Shawhelp So I contacted the Chromecast Support team and they asked me if Chromecast works on Netflix and other apps, I said yes, they tell me it is a Shaw issue. So far I have confirmed that it works with; Netflix, Prime, Crave, And Disney, but not BlueCurve.

reidgm (@reidgm) reported@ShawInfo @Shawhelp So again a problem with Shaw. Haven’t been able to login to My Shaw for weeks now. Just spent another hour with two different techs and still no resolution. And then was disconnected from the last tech while still trying to troubleshoot. Frustrating!!!!

If you cant provide the service there needs to be reimbursement for every time you can’t. Imagine getting in your car and it only works sometimes
