Issue wifi router keeps shutting down chatting with tech since 8:30 am hands off to another tech have to start all over again next tech does the same. Still not working at 14:00. Some of them have audio issues or are not accessible. I’ve tried to call a couple times - but the hold time is +1 hour and I just give up. Please help.
