    @Shawhelp worst customer service ever. Issue wifi router keeps shutting down chatting with tech since 8:30 am hands off to another tech have to start all over again next tech does the same. Still not working at 14:00. Called @TELUSsupport making the switch.

    @AureliaCotta @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Right? It’s so ridiculous. I want them to understand how this is so crazy. They literally will NOT help me unless I give them my Postal Code. See how insane that sounds? I’m a Taurus & stubborn and this will not just go away. It’s a silly “rule”. SMH.

    @Shawhelp Yes, did you read the thread? The modem is dead. The solution to my problem is for Shaw to expedite getting the new modem to me or allow for me to pick one up. I will not be spending any additional time troubleshooting the modem with Shaw.

    @shawhelp For last 2 weeks, most days there is a 1-2 hr window from about 10am-12pm where my internet and cable goes out for 5-10 mins for 1-3 times before its fine until the next day. Quite consistent. Doesn't happen on weekends but always when I am working from home. Please fix

    @ErithacusRubec @Shawhelp Great, so you’re saying Telus is just as bad as Shaw. Tbh I’d switch to Telus if it were an option in my area, but alas I am stuck with unreasonable @ShawInfo

    @ShawInfo nicely done. Sell me on a better service and send me a modem with only 2 Ethernet ports and nothing else available. Your customer service continues to inspire me.
