@Shawhelp worst customer service ever. Issue wifi router keeps shutting down chatting with tech since 8:30 am hands off to another tech have to start all over again next tech does the same. Still not working at 14:00. Called @TELUSsupport making the switch.

@Shawhelp Thanks - the plan isn’t cheap. Luckily it held up during my presentation or I would be a lot more frustrated. I will be patient but hopefully this fix resolves it properly. Another week this way won’t be good.

@Shawhelp Since just after 3am so almost 10 hours and every night almost randomly around 3 for various lengths..... some people do work early am. So can we leave out a few dollars on bill every month and say sorry we are experiencing payment problems and will begin paying in full shortly.

Shaw internet has been randomly dropping across St.Albert for a few days now. Shaw website says they are working on a problem. I am hoping this resolves this issue since having my work meetings drop is unacceptable (especially after I just upgraded my plan!) @Shawhelp #yeg #t8n
