@Shawhelp worst customer service ever. Issue wifi router keeps shutting down chatting with tech since 8:30 am hands off to another tech have to start all over again next tech does the same. Still not working at 14:00. Called @TELUSsupport making the switch.

@Shawhelp Your Shaw commercials with the bad singing lady, are they really Shaw commercials or are you being paid by Youtube to make people want to buy ad-free browsing to make them stop? They are loud and painful. This can't be your only complaint about them.

@Shawhelp Okay I went online to chat and set up an appointment for tomorrow, thanks. I cannot seem to send dms. Not sure why. I used to get lots of them but no longer now either but not your problem.

@pnwkate @TELUS That is a beauty of a shot. I have been with @ShawInfo since getting our first computer in 2003 and have never had any issues with the service.
