@Shawhelp worst customer service ever. Issue wifi router keeps shutting down chatting with tech since 8:30 am hands off to another tech have to start all over again next tech does the same. Still not working at 14:00. Called @TELUSsupport making the switch.

@Shawhelp Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever endured. Pay ridiculous rates in the first place for a service. The service doesn’t work properly so we are told we need to buy pods after we are in a contract. So have to pay more to get the service we already pay for...

@ShawInfo Spending an hr in Chat 'trying' to order a replacement remote control and not getting a resolution before I had to leave (remember this took an hr) is not my idea of good customer service. Suppose will try another day when I have an hr to waste....

@Shawhelp Someone else from my household called on for assistance, after the usual power cycle, check cables didn't resolve the problem, was told a service needs to be booked, but the account holder has to call to book. When it was suggested the tech call me direct, was told no.
