    @Shawhelp Shaw Direct on Demand has been working poorly for me for around the past two months, intermittent or outright freezes at random with some VOD content. After testing it's not my internet so it's clearly the service itself or the receiver (600) having problems.

    @Shawhelp a tech came to switch our cable boxes and modem over to the newer editions and I’ve never had worse internet before. I’ve been battling with the modem for over an hour and now I’m using data in my own home

    @Shawhelp I can’t even use Netflix now because I apparently don’t have fast enough wifi? But I had no issues with using Netflix before this modem switch
