    (@failb8) reported.. continuing business with your company. I understand things go down but I’ve been treated so negatively by support (minus @Shawhelp here on Twitter, they’re great) and have been so much given the runaround on this issue being fixed sooner than later.

Please @ShawInfo, listen to customers, especially when they try to tell you there’s a larger issue than just me. I’ve burned through a ton of data because of this and now just really don’t feel great about..
