@Shawhelp It's not an account issue. The fibre+ gateway 2 doesnt allow port forwarding thru the IP like most modems. It directs you to the app, which is hit or miss showing devices that are connected. Port forwarding should take 5 minutes. Forwarding by device is silly

We are a relatively new customer to Shaw. @Shawhelp once or twice a week we lose our internet tv connection. We never had these problems with @TELUS What is up with the constant loss of connection? And you drop signals too (separate issue).

@Shawhelp It’s a terrible customer service ? I have issue with blue curve ? I call customer service ,I am still waiting ! My internet have problem since 4 years they can’t fixed.I am always disconnected when I start using .pay over 150$ get terrible internet service it’s ridiculous

@Shawhelp Just got "personalized" mail from you addressed to a number. Nice to know this is how you see people. Also an obvious to skirt the law against sending junk mail. Your paper mail will go into the recycling. Nice way to treat the environment. Immoral. Albertan.
