@Shawhelp for past four days there is no internet connection,ur customer care is really pathetic and not at all helpful,said technician will be visiting and no one showed up, there is no customer service despite numerous calls and follow up,,,service is bad to worst, horrible .

@Shawhelp Having problems in Vancouver with Gateway. Super slow, buggy, channels displaying incorrectly or not at all. Have cycled power and done system refresh, have unscrewed cables. Any known issues in my area?

@Shawhelp our gateway remote doesn't seem to be working right. We changed batteries too. It's lagging. Guide very slow to come up, pvr guide too. Changing channels takes along time to come up and scroll through stations. Help please! Highly annoying.
