    @ShawInfo Enough data? .Unlimited internet? I haven't had internet in 14 days and counting. I wonder if I will ever have internet again. Don't let @Shawhelp @shawinfo fool you. When your contract is up look elsewhere. If you aren't a customer than don't become one. Don't get trapped.

    @Shawhelp Yep I got an "incident number" . Yep they will "follow up with me" . Yep they have "techs working in my area". At the end of the day nobody made contact, nobody followed up. I still have #nointernet from @Shawhelp @ShawInfo. #day10

    @Shawhelp you guys are terrible, having little to no internet for over 4 days now, typical. Crappy when you cannot enjoy a service you are paying for.

    @Shawhelp I dm'd. It's an issue with the firmware update that affects people with a specific router, so it may not register as a major outage. It is major for those affected, though.

    @Shawhelp Considering I've been told that I will get updates via direct messaging for the last week or so and have got none I'm not holding my breath. Its just best that I advise others to stay away as I'm trapped paying for a service that isn't being provided
