    @Shawhelp I’m back at Rosella’s home. I had to leave her place yesterday after 2 hours of trying to find a solution that will allow her to watch cable tv. Internet connection works fine. Tv stopped working on Friday. Let’s figure this out!

    @ShawInfo I am now on day 4 in a row of no home services. According to your agents it is due to an “Outage” with no ETA that there is no mention of on your site. I don’t feel any closer to having Internet back on day 4 as I did on day 1. Unacceptable. #its2022 #choosetelus

Shaw is going down regularly across the country right now and the information posted about outages doesn't cover it. What I want to know is why shaw is not communicating what is happening. Calling Shaw ends up without help

    @ShawInfo I pay a lot of money for internet services, why is it always so slow or not even available? It's not like I'm paying for your bottom tier here. I'm gonna switch services, multiple days a month of no internet isn't worth over $100
