So my internet has slowed to a near stop. Spent 2 hours on the phone with tech support in Belize. Couldn't resolve it. Will send tech support to my office Saturday. Business essentially shut down for days. Thanks @ShawCanada @shawinfo

@kesler_allison @ShawInfo They just want to get you on their new **** you to the customer plans, where BASIC CABLE is 114 channels, where 3 of the channels air the same show within 3 hrs. Yea thats a deal, for Shaw. Internet and streaming services never been happier with entertainment package.

@PrismZet @Shadow4MVP @Shawhelp Yup, and the restaurant down the block from me can't take any online orders so it's literally killing their business today... zoom meetings are fine but websites on and off or not connecting at all. had to restart tv box and finally got a signal

@Shawhelp Cable signal for live TV and cannot access recordings. Internet signal is weak. Live in NK. Rebooting modem did not help. TV station stuck on one channel.

@Shawhelp Hello i have dealt with three technicians that have come to my house. Now I cant connect to the normal network but can connect to the 5G. Always something with Shaw. A customer shouldn’t have to call once a week about internet issues.

@ShawInfo forcimg us to pay for canceling when we r not in contract. Need someone from serious shaw side. Not outsourced customer service that does not even care about service.

@LeftFieldCR @ShawCanada @ShawInfo Same here 2 techs said it’s on my end I call BS. Issue started just as rain came through the area too, both techs claimed oh that’s just a coincidence
