    @JSRyu2023 @AccessArtsCA @ShawInfo I know you have had issues before and they still haven’t fixed it? You all are supporting the disability community, this must be so frustrating. They need to address it soon and give a nice discount for all the trouble they have caused

    @JustCariL @Shawhelp Not sure they know….one agent at 6:00 am said there was a fire in our area, after that it’s just been “working on it” we have had downed trees loss of power, but never an outage for this long…quite frustrating

    @Shawhelp Hi! The chat function doesn't work on desktop or Android. Anyhow, we have a Shaw Motorola modem and we haven't been Shaw customers in the past 10 years. Do we drop it off somewhere or ecycle it?
