@PhilOllenberg @Massonite Same here. What happened, @Shawhelp? Our internet is suddenly so bad we cant use any internet while kid is in online school during the day or everyone's connection lags out and is unuseable.

  • OscarLFY23 Oscar Li (@OscarLFY23) reported

@ShawInfo I am extremely disappointed with your service. I required a simple change of address on 26th Dec morning. And I hoped to use wifi in my new address on 28th Dec. However, I still cannot activate the wifi modem. I have contacted shaw 3rd time already

  • SilberJustin Justin Silber (@SilberJustin) reported

@adhall_nz @IsForAt I wish we had that in Canada. The last time I cancelled my @Shawhelp account I spent nearly 40 minutes on hold listening to a repeating message about how I wouldn't have to wait on hold if I used their website, the same website that doesn't have an option to cancel accounts.

  • draftbc Dean (@draftbc) reported

@Shawhelp I feel like I’m falling through the cracks, 3 missed appointments and no one calling me back to either fix missed appts or reschedule. I’m supposedly waiting for dispatch or Manager call back. FYI. Tech support said nothing more they can do, what can you do?

  • murphy2232 Ron Wozniak (@murphy2232) reported

@MyPetalHeart @ShawInfo Yesterday I was on hold for 1 45 and finally gave up. Never gave me a call back option

  • drossfive Don Ross Jr. (@drossfive) reported

@Shawhelp Is there a reason I have an ongoing issue with my Shaw Cable, including lack of sound at times; slow reaction from remote to TV; frozen screen during most TSN World Junior live broadcasts; etc? I have unplugged modem too many times to correct my issue.

  • ColinRose Colin Rose (@ColinRose) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Shawhelp is there a service issue I’m Vancouver? My internet is out...

  • stephanuch92 Anna Borshin (@stephanuch92) reported

Looks like it’s time to switch to @ShawInfo since I have been on hold for over two hours with @TELUSsupport and always have nothing but problems with Telus 🤬

  • DavidWa59907969 David Walsh (@DavidWa59907969) reported

@SagePonchie @Shawhelp Customer service has declined markedly during this pandemic. It's very difficult to connect live with a human being. In the old days a person answered the phone. Now a computer does it and can't address your concerns.

  • cmvanhorne Constance Van Horne (@cmvanhorne) reported from Cold Lake, Alberta

@Shawhelp They’re useless - I’ve been trying to get his tv fixed for six weeks and they finally sent a technician - through several calls they never said he needed a new package - I shouldn’t have to deal with them again. Ineffective and inefficient - but I guess y’all are paid by the hour
