@Shawhelp Here’s an update for everyone reading this: agent kept ignoring the fact that it’s on Shaw’s side and kept trying to make me do all the usual troubleshooting. I got the wifi to work myself but again, the ethernet is still not working.

I'm guessing because I got the vaccine @ShawInfo decided I didn't need the internet anymore because I am now 5g The problem is, I don't know how to log into my vaccine network and still need my home internet to work.

@Shawhelp terrible constant pixelation on Food HGTV and others. Going on for over a week!! Any idea when this will be resolved. These channels are unwatchable.

@shawhelp is a misnomer. Almost impossible to get help. No retail outlet anymore (cost saving move?). Phone help is useless. Apparently they don't send anyone to your house to help solve a problem (despite paying $250 per month).

@Shawhelp channel 182 is still pixelating even after a new box was sent out. Gonna be rough when AEW is on. I’ve already done the unplug thing and still does it. This is a recurring issue.
