Rick Alsop (@RickAlsop) reported@Shawhelp how long will the Internet be down? My busiest day of the month
-
Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp Thanks. I have been trying to use the chat since 9AM. The auto log out feature every 10 minutes is brutal when you have to hold for support for at least hours. The only reason I stayed with Shaw is because you have had better support than Telus, historically.

Don T Beakunt (@truebusterflash) reported@Shawhelp Yup. Keeps asking over and over. **** like this makes me want to switch providers
-
OC_2030 (@oc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp Thanks for this update … customer service improves with customer feedback like mine. Next time just turn on TV and see if “The Frame” is on your own TV.

Don T Beakunt (@truebusterflash) reported3 ******* hours @Shawhelp of hold and chat only to be told to call back tomorrow because your system can’t book an appointment for more than 2 days out. BS! And then you have the nerve to call and try to sign me up for a new contact. **** that.

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp Now the old TV box doesn't work & the new one to replace the defective one sent us won't arrive until Friday. This 'easy self-install' cost me a half-day & cost Rogers Shaw 3 hours of tech time, just so it could save a few bucks by not sending a techie. And we pay $$$$ for this.
-
Guzzzi (@__guzzzzi) reported@ACBgal @Shawhelp Hey! Did you fix it? Same problem here
-
OC_2030 (@oc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp Shaw used to have a wonderful feature on phone calls that gave us an estimate of our wait time and also allowed us to get a callback. WE REALLY miss this. Shaw (Calgary White Cowboy hats) seemed to be more 'customer focused' than Rogers (3 piece business suits) take care.

HoopsfanAB (@ydfished) reported@Shawhelp I don’t know how many times this is over the years but you cannot let your simulcast/overide stuff come on when live sports are on. Missing the end of #zags on @KHQLocalNews cuz you guys are screw ups & @CRTCeng never punishes you for it. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Dave (@Danrek77) reported@Shawhelp Like, I really had no reason to upgrade from 1 gigabit to 2 and this “delivery experience” and the subsequent support “experience” has me kind of convinced to just keep what I had and unwind the upgrade.
