@ShawInfo it's a good thing no one would ever phone about their account when not at home since customer service won't talk to you unless you can give the serial number of your equipment as verification.

@ShawInfo Shout out to Shaw. Yesterday my TV had no sound. I went onto the Shaw app and dealt with a very nice young man but he couldn’t solve my problem. This morning at 8:15 AM I had a technician at my door who fixed the problem. Now that is customer service! Thank you Shaw!
