I have a few thoughts after spending 2 weeks trying to convince @shawinfo there was an issue with my company’s internet. But first, please note that when Shaw finally agreed to send a technician it was to offer me COACHING SUPPORT to get connected. #womeninbusiness #Canada #yyc

@Shawhelp I received a renewal offer, but held on it for the time being. They saved it to my file and said I could call back to get it anytime. Now being told it's not available and my same services will cost $25 more/month. What is the best way forward before I cancel?

@Shawhelp @Harleydadd The irony of it is I actually had to turn off wifi and go on data to use Twitter as the wifi is down as always. Today I refuse to get on my knees & crawl under my TV for Shaw. We live in a main city not in the country. I will be WiFi less today as I contact my new provider.
