@Shawhelp I don’t think you can @CitySSM got hammered today and I believe it is directly a result of this as my neighbour is also down just wanted you to be aware. Again (and no offense to Shaw) would rather lose my internet over my #hydro any day! #ONStorm

Dear @Rogers & @ShawInfo if somehow the government is stupid enough to let the two most powerful cable companies plus the 4th telecom company merge we expect more. We expect nothing below the standard of what Americans get with there cable and phone providers.

Dear @ShawInfo This is day 3 of me having my internet go down mid afternoon Once again I am using my Telus 5G phone account for work and kinda wondering why I pay you guys $130 a month Had all my wiring redone recently as well as a shiny new modem This is getting old Thanks

@xeviuss @ShawInfo Yea what happened was Telus put in new underground lines in the area and destroyed the existing ones, so now Shaw had to place overhead line to bypass the damage. They also had to replace it once due to cold weather
