    @Shawhelp I don’t think you can @CitySSM got hammered today and I believe it is directly a result of this as my neighbour is also down just wanted you to be aware. Again (and no offense to Shaw) would rather lose my internet over my #hydro any day! #ONStorm

    @APSpoon @Shawhelp Keep calling them until you get someone who understands. Shaw's upload isn't great to begin with but if you're onnthe Fibre you shouldn't be getting massive issues. That said, I'm confident my upload issues are Shaw related, too.

    How am I authorized to talk to sales and sign up for more services on our business account, but as soon as I need to cancel something the exact same info sales accepted to confirm my identity is suddenly not good enough? @Shawhelp
