@TELUS my cable/internet bill has gone up almost 20 dollars over the last little while, but I haven’t changed my services. In fact, channels have been removed from my account. This seems very fraudulent on your part. How do I cancel my services and move to @ShawInfo ?

@ShawInfo the absolute worst cell phone company out there. Take you money. No accountability for poor service. My advice never never get a shaw mobile account. There is no employees set up to actually deal with issues

@Shawhelp Yeah, hopefully something will be done soon. This is 6 days a week that I have to deal with this if I want to stay with Shaw. That last part is becoming a larger "if" every day. Which is unfortunate, as I like the company, but I think I like sleep, though I never get any.

@Shawhelp My internet (Sooke BC) has dropped twice in the past half hour. Shaw fibre model flashing amber light. After reboot it comes back to solid white and works for a while. Currently back up...you guys aware of an issue?

@ShawInfo a number of tv channels in the south vancouver/fraserview area have been displaying: ref code: S0a00 for a few hours now. outage not listed on shaw website as being one of current areas effected. wondering if its regular maintenance or theres an actual issue.

@ShawInfo shaw mobile is the worst for service and customer service. Do not get Shaw mobile You will barely be able to text. Call or use internet. They will just keep taking your money for something you cannot use.
