The CRTC mandates that physical infrastructure operators like Bell and Shaw must allow third parties to use those cables to your house. The third party can sell you internet service over those cables.

He had me disconnect power on Chromecast, +on Shaw modem with wifi. Now cannot get wifi on iPad as modem ID not a choice. I'll DM.
