    @Shawhelp I just want to be able to help my students and let my kids take their classes with their teachers. It's that simple. It's as simple as offering a service, paying good money for it, and then not receiving it. It should be an easy problem to solve.

    @Shawhelp Been there, done that, you sent out same contractor for the 4th time who can't fix the actual problem - the neighbourhood line.

    @Shawhelp It's not even that, your service department is so useless it's not worth paying them. They shouldn't have jobs. They sit there doing nothing keeping people on hold for almost an hour, and then look at the screen for 2 seconds to put them back on hold 'because they can't help'

    @ShawInfo having continual problems with picture and sound cutting in and out. Not happy with the service

    @Shawhelp 3mbs is considered dreadfully slow and that's literally what I get on average and pay 100$ a month for. Plugged in to ethernet
