    @Shawhelp why will my Shaw blue curve app not work when I hook it up to an HDMI adapter from my iPad to tv. I pay for the service? Does not make sense

    Hi @Shawhelp - my tv remote has lost two functions: “last” and the number pad is not working. Everything else is fine. There is a green light when I press those keys, and I’ve changed out the batteries. Thoughts?

    @Shawhelp I worked with chat support already thank you. They say “interference in our area”, and now 3 days before a tech will be out to check. Not an acceptable customer service solution unfortunately.

    Why is @ShawInfo internet the worst? I swear I have to reset my internet modem every 2 days
