Trina M. Lee (@TrinaMLee) reported@Shawhelp is there any reason why the Wi-Fi is cutting out repeatedly in stony plain? It’s been happening all weekend but got really bad this morning.
-
OC_2030 (@oc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp Shaw used to have a wonderful feature on phone calls that gave us an estimate of our wait time and also allowed us to get a callback. WE REALLY miss this. Shaw (Calgary White Cowboy hats) seemed to be more 'customer focused' than Rogers (3 piece business suits) take care.

bc_2027 (@bc_2025_vision) reported@Shawhelp We really need wait times & callback from Rogers with Shaw support. We had this for > 10 years before it was stopped. Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟
-
Bella Bee (@SmileyYYC) reported@Shawhelp I was asked during a technical support call to stay on the line for a quick survey. Tanya decided not to provide that
-
Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp It took a few minutes to get back. I checked the HDMI connection, the WiFi signal which was fine & turned the TV off & on again
-
Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp But it's time consuming, the TV settings show our WiFi signal is strong & everything else in the house works, so why should I? It's just the tech concept is faulty.

Sleepless in YYC🇨🇦🇬🇧 (@kvlovely19) reported@YYCCowboy @Autumblues @Shawhelp I don't I did try to check their website on my phone for outages and it's giving me only bc not Alberta. so I logged into my account and that's how I found out when the outage started
-
Jason Silver (@Da_Big_Dogg) reported@Shawhelp question, when watching the 4k stream of an Oil game it goes all pixelated and looks terrible, this happens many many MANY times in just a few min.. how do we solve this??
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@M_S_Fricker @ShawInfo @RogersHelps The average time I've been on hold for tech support is 45 min+. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!
-
Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp Now that there's no cable anymore, is the TV signal going to cut out whenever - like now? Our WiFi was fine.
