@Shawhelp - my internet fiber gig plan sucks. disconnected 25 times Ina day. U tech fixed it and worked for 15 days. Again loses connection every now n then. I work from home. Hampering my work. Tech is scheduled for May 10. Should I close my work till then?

@Shawhelp It's not slow. It's down. I haven't changed anything other than cancel my tv and phone services with Shaw literally yesterday. I don't see outages in my area.

@Shawhelp trying to cancel your home service. On the phone 1hr and 15 mins now, the last 35 mins is dead air after “sure just hold while I cancel for you” This is why we are cancelling - Your #cxserv is atrocious
