    @Shawhelp cable keeps cutting in and out, Langley BC. Your website isn’t helpful with outage info, or chat options. Neighbors have the the same issue! Hope this is fixed before @Jeopardy

    @Shawhelp sucks!!! They don’t respond and can’t find any answers to why no Shaw cable or internet for 45 minutes now.

    @Shawhelp The crazy decision to close all offices in the Lower Mainland in favour of online/telephone only left out a whole segment of the population - People with disabilities, that need in person customer service. You've made things worse and harder and slower, NOT efficient!

    @Shawhelp I’m on hold with agent on my Shaw app are there issues in Saskatoon Saskatchewan again TVs glitching but at least internet hasn’t cut out
