    @Shawhelp Why is it that I get calls from "TOLL FREE SVS" purportedly from Shaw asking me to review my service with Shaw? They then ask me to confirm my information - but you folks called me.

    @Shawhelp I talked to a Shaw representative and they told me there IS an outage and I'm currently waiting for it to be fixed. I have screenshots to provide. And I don't see any Shaw trucks in my area. I have troubleshooted, and the outcome was outage.

    @Shawhelp Yes. Everything. Other day I was told by one agent - your line has issue. The second one said - no issue. You see my issue, I’m more confused.

    @ShawInfo Please tell Vancouver customers why their internet and landlines were down this morning. No connection for 2+ hours. Annoying enough but without any follow-up explanation, it makes us think it will happen again.

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp it’s been 1 weeks since I have got on GIG + internet. Your team says speed varying between 700-800 is acceptable? I see only 400 🙄And yeah, you haven’t adjusted my bill even! Any fix? Or buyer remorse route 🤷

    (833)793-1026 keeps calling me but NEVER leaves voicemail. I called them back today to see who they were - it was just Shaw wanting get feedback from their customers. @Shawhelp @ShawInfo I feel like you can do better than this. Maybe don’t harass your customers with phone calls?
