    @Shawhelp if ur forcing customers to use ur app than fix it! It's slow & buggy on best days which is moot because if u loses ur phone or its smashed ur screwed... @Bell_MTS is cheaper & FASTER for same $ why am I paying $130/month & why shouldn't I switch when I've no contract?

    @levisan @Shawhelp Iam over it. Was $25 a month. Now 125 and the service is garbage. Never have any data just says 100% maxed always

    @Shawhelp I have been out of services from last 48 hours inspite of having electricity at home. Neighborhood is getting services from Telus but shaw seems to not working. Location Fraser heights, Surrey BC. It's so frustrating

    @Shawhelp I haven't been able to log I to my account in months. I'm currently getting 230kps when I'm paying for Fibre optic, 38 minute hold time and your sms service doesn't work? How does one get tech support

    @Shawhelp says that they'll restore wifi once power is back. Its been 24 hours with power... At this point it wouldve been quicker to teach me how to fix it so I could fix it myself. Also idk how your the only isp down 🤔. Crazy

    @Shawhelp How about someone takes charge of issues, follows through and solves the problems. Been over a month with corrupted PVR recordings, yet everyone at shaw acts like it's a new problem...looks like others have the issue and it's been happening for a few years.
