@Shawhelp @hifromada I just talked with the field techs. They're in the alley literally a few yards from my house. There is a problem with the voltage feeding the amplifiers and they're still trying to isolate the issue.

@Shawhelp So wow. When did you start installing network hardware to business customers that you refuse to allow the customer any control over the equipment? Decades supporting networks in 25+ countries globally and this is new. Will have to urge all clients to avoid Shaw.
