@jeffrey_wilkes @ShawInfo Additional adjectives could be.....lack of knowledge, lack of accountability and or care to retain the customer.....all about sign up the customer and frustrate them enough the simply pay and stop pursuing their complaint.

Call @ShawInfo for tech support because my internet is down only to find out that the support call center is closed and would have to use chat, except my internet is down which makes it impossible.
