    @Shawhelp Hahah. Is this a joke. I have had no service for over 24 hrs do to hardware issues. More excuses than service. Reliability is frustrating. Put you into a contract and then all goes to crap. Shaw continues to post commercials of great service. Joke’s on me.

    Do you know how damn frustrating this has been @Shawhelp ? And that every time we try to speak to a superior, she won’t let us. That she’s been dicking us around since September 10th. Changing the price on a whim. Promising to get things done, never doing so. Now a $5K bribe...

    We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

    @Shawhelp I'm surprised I have to read about Shaw technology on Twitter instead of customer service sending out emails to subscribers that a new modem is available.
