Shaw Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • gamma_yyc John Gamma (@gamma_yyc) reported

@Shawhelp Hey Shaw instead of asking for a DM and account number I'd suggest you investigate and fix this TSN feed issue that is obvious to me is not an isolated incident. And yes, you have a DM from me.

  • cdnstudent Nick (@cdnstudent) reported

@Shawhelp is the reported TSN-style issue on other channels as well as multiple channels in my area are having the same issue of freeze, stutter, black screen, comes back then repeat. Just so I know if it's just us or everyone.

  • Hottub51 JAB (@Hottub51) reported

@Shawhelp how does a person get faster service? Been on hold listening to bad elevator music for 1 hr 19 mins 😡

  • BordFan Bob Heiss (@BordFan) reported

@Shawhelp Any problems in Lake Country BC. Channels go to black and silent, then come back after a couple of seconds. This happens 4 to 5 times a minute then not for about 15 minutes, then starts again, on all channels.

  • raymch888 Ray Chow (@raymch888) reported

@Shawhelp service on channels are cutting in and out every minute or so. What’s going on?

  • CoroPaulo Coro (@CoroPaulo) reported

@Shawhelp hi, my cable keeps cutting out for only a fraction, are you having issues in west edmonton?

  • _Carmi_ Ryan Carmichael ∆ (@_Carmi_) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Shawhelp why do you suck so much? Fix your **** so I can watch hockey without the screen going black every 30 seconds

  • SteveHocaluk Steve Hocaluk (@SteveHocaluk) reported

@GrantLawrence @TSNHockey No issues with streaming on AppleTV via the TSN app. There is a massive Shaw outage in BC since this morning so that may have something to do with it if you are a @Shawhelp customer.

  • brooklynd24 Brooklyn D. (@brooklynd24) reported

ShawHelp is usually super helpful, but are they really asking everyone saying they’re having the SAME issue to DM them for help? It’s clearly a nationwide thing. Not an individual thing.

  • PurBldPrincess Sarah Rose Mathison (@PurBldPrincess) reported

@bellafreck @TSNHelp @Shawhelp You’re not the only one having issues with channels cutting out here in YYC. Every channel I’ve tried so far has been doing that. I’m currently in a DM chat with them, they say there’s no issue, but if it’s happening with other YYC customers then there must be something.
