Hey @RogersHelps why did you add a service to my account without my permission? Tweeting this as your live chat keeps telling me there are no real people to talk to. Last chat was a great example of poor customer service. Maybe @ShawInfo or @TELUS will offer better service

@Shawhelp @artspear1 I believe he is simply asking about the outage in Grand Forks as a WHOLE. As am I. The entire region is without internet for days now. We want some real time estimates.

@ShawInfo received an unsatisfactory customer service from your phone reps! Every time I called, they quoted me a different price for an identical request! What is going with your trainings?!! And after a week I’m still waiting for my call back!

@ShawInfo It's worth noting when a customer leaves your company, you file a claim with a collections agency and automatically charge $500 before you get the package sent to you. You already got your devices, I can't comprehend why you choose to do this. Customer loss = get harassed?

@Shawhelp we now need to log in with our Shaw account just to check the status of the Grand Forks outage? Why the change? We barely have data so that’s very annoying

@JenniferGurke 3rd day running With no internet, WiFi or tv at home. After spending an hour on chat with @Shawhelp last night (from the lake, on vacation), only to be told to call them and then told the modem is f**ked. Shaw “help” is an oxymoron. Good luck!
