@Shawhelp She has been on your chat 3 times, waits 10 min someone asks a question then transfers her only to wait another 15. Now they are saying they can’t come back until SUNDAY. She has already waited a week for service and the guy left without making it work! HELP

But there is one flaw with the application system @Shawhelp. Why can I only allowed 3 devices at one time. A customer should be able to use the Television BlueCurve Free TV application on a minimum of 10 devices. cc @ShawInfo

@Shawhelp I find navigating on the box is absolute shit. The page down doesn’t work so you essentially have to go through 29 pages of content individually. It also doesn’t keep track of what you’ve watched so you have to remember which episode you last watched.
