Dave Macdonald (@davemacdonald) reported.@Shawhelp is the absolute worst provider I ever had. After 2 years of cut cords, I missed some sports and favourite shows so I grabbed a 2-year contract including some streaming services. Every week something is broken and live or recordings are unwatchable.

This seems to be how Shaw Help works now because this is what has happened the past three times I tried to get help. Good luck if you need help.
