    @Shawhelp today is the third day I have been trying to contact your technical support and it is heartbreaking. On one of those days I waited on the call for over 5 hours and no one answered. Can someone reach out to me please? Thank you.

    @Shawhelp internet has been awful the last two days in NW Calgary cut out for hours at a time. Cell service too.

    @TSN_Sports @Shawhelp why does F1 sound like they are yelling down a tin hallway? It's only the show, not the commercials. It's awful. It was both TSN channels(practice and qualifying)

    lmao I switched my internet to my husband's name with @Rogers slash @ShawInfo and the nice man at the store said I had to call to cancel my current internet, can't do it in store, so I've called every day since Saturday and waited more than an hour on hold without getting thru

    @Shawhelp Thanks for asking. My wifi is good. But i have barely got 1 line on network (vertical), and sometimes in the other end of my house, i can’t download or upload and call drops. I was hoping to change something there to make it better.
