    @ShawInfo your customer service is abhorrent! Spoke with Ramid in retention, and he was extremely rude. For the monthly $ customers pay, as well as being a customer for 11 years, this is beyond unacceptable. I think it is finally time to cut ties with your deplorable service.

    @TELUS @LadyDuskcaller Your customer service thinks it's funny to transfer and disconnect. I have been trying for days and this morning for hours. We need more options this is abhorrent. 3 hours away from work to be treated so poorly and the reason for calling is your error. #pathetic time 4 @ShawInfo

    After being a client of @Shawhelp for over 15 years, they are unwilling to give me a decent deal for me to remain customer. I would have expected more from @Shawhelp; hey @TELUS have any deals for Shaw clients?

    Another round of @F1 and still issues from our host provider @TSN_Sports where i can’t watch any of the TSN + channels or FP3 cause of an ongoing lack of support for the platform that i pay big $ on a yearly basis for. @shawhelp has time & again told me the issue is on TSN’s end.

    It took me years to get away from Rogers and horrible, skyrocketing service and costs. With the takeover of Shaw here we go again. Canadians pay more than any other country and we have just lost what little competition was left. CRTC waste of money. @ShawInfo @Rogers #OpenMarket
