@Shawhelp hey. There seems to be a full outage at my home in YYC. is there a known outage or do I need to call tech support??

  • windowsyls Sylvie Micheals (@windowsyls) reported

@Shawhelp nothing like having your scheduled tech show up, tell you he doesn't have time for you, and leave. Superb customer service there. No word from anyone as to when we'll have our service (that was cut off earlier than our scheduled upgrade) restored.

@ShawInfo I'm paying to watch the bruins game, not to listen to it. Fix the problem, or switch to other broadcast I don't care if it's a problem at origin, I'm paying you, not them Sounds like a you problem, not a me problem

@Shawhelp Since you wouldn’t help run even a 100+ CAT5 cable from a modem that is located in the dining room/living room of a house to somewhere downstairs in one of the rooms that I have via a tech call. I can say this employment opportunity goodbye 👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾

  • ConnieEngley Connie E. (@ConnieEngley) reported

@Shawhelp are you having internet issues? Trying to watch the oilers game but tough to do when tv box has no wifi.

  • Papucci4real Paa Solo (@Papucci4real) reported

@nonny_mensah @ShawInfo It’s becoming the norm now, at almost 5 hours of outage

  • EnixAlters EnixAlters (@EnixAlters) reported

@ShawInfo After calling a week ago to make appointment for install of new service and being told must pay first, payday is Friday. I have waited patiently and the day came and I have made agreed payment. Now being told I must wait 4 more days as nobody I can get equip from. Lame

  • LallyAd LallyA (@LallyAd) reported

@Shawhelp my internet has been badly lagging on every mw2 server I play but tech support is pretty useless and the modems that the tech give always over heat. Not acceptable Ayo @TELUSsupport when you putting down pure fibre in my area

  • rslade Robert Slade (@rslade) reported

Well, @koodo's so-called "help" system is even more brain-dead than @Shawhelp's. If you *FINALLY* get to the point of getting it to pass the call to an agent, and then mention *ANYTHING* that it thinks it has in it's puny database, it cancels the agent call ... 1/2

  • kenmcall Ken 🇺🇦 (@kenmcall) reported

@Shawhelp I’m in South Surrey, BC and our home internet has been down since around 8 AM this morning. Any word on when it might be back up?
