Day 4 of no internet because @ShawInfo won't come down to fix it. Called me after my scheduled appointment to tell me the guy "called in sick". This is ridiculous and awful service. Such a joke

@shawhelp For last 2 weeks, most days there is a 1-2 hr window from about 10am-12pm where my internet and cable goes out for 5-10 mins for 1-3 times before its fine until the next day. Quite consistent. Doesn't happen on weekends but always when I am working from home. Please fix

@Shawhelp Why are you refusing to send someone to come fix my internet? Claiming the tech called in sick is BS. I've had not internet for 3 days @ShawTVWinnipeg

It took 42 minutes for @Shawhelp to cancel my grandmother's call waiting. Here's the rabbit hole of 'bundled' plans fun part: we had to add voicemail to stop her fees from going up. Because apparently it costs more to have less.

@Shawhelp how can you justify making your clients wait 2 weeks for a tech appointment to setup Int in a pandemic where we communicate through internet?! Worst service!

@Shawhelp I know this isn't a Shaw issue, but I'm perplexed. We subscribe to Disney+, and supposedly, the movie "Nomadland" began its availability on Disney+ yesterday. It's not there- at least not on my Disney+. Could it be a regional thing?

Well, the Shaw app sucks!! Trying to cancel a channel should be a simple yes or no. Not your fault @Shawhelp but texting info for security purposes is not my thing and waiting on the phone too for an hour for customer service. Two 👎👎 In my book for service.
