    @Shawhelp When will internet and phone service be back up in Grasswood, SK? It has been down since 9:00 am this morning!

  • LurkingLogger Will (@LurkingLogger) reported

    @Shawhelp @artspear1 I believe he is simply asking about the outage in Grand Forks as a WHOLE. As am I. The entire region is without internet for days now. We want some real time estimates.

  • Phill2theGascon Phill Gascon (@Phill2theGascon) reported

    @ShawInfo It's worth noting when a customer leaves your company, you file a claim with a collections agency and automatically charge $500 before you get the package sent to you. You already got your devices, I can't comprehend why you choose to do this. Customer loss = get harassed?

  • artspear1 arthur spear (@artspear1) reported

    @Shawhelp Is there any real time for internet service restored in Grand Forks BC?

  • Larry_Svenson Larry Svenson (@Larry_Svenson) reported

    Hey @RogersHelps why did you add a service to my account without my permission? Tweeting this as your live chat keeps telling me there are no real people to talk to. Last chat was a great example of poor customer service. Maybe @ShawInfo or @TELUS will offer better service

  • SLEDGEH4M SLEDGE (@SLEDGEH4M) reported

    @Shawhelp anyone online to help?

  • CanadianOwl92 Angus Bell (@CanadianOwl92) reported

    @Shawhelp Are you having problems with the Shaw Open network? It has gone down in our building.

    @mytweetsarecrap @hiwaydispatch @Shawhelp If they were serious, they'd understand that a wildfire is something beyond their control, if they want infallible service, they pay just like any other business who wishes for a near 100% service level.

  • helloiamkaitlyn 🐝 (@helloiamkaitlyn) reported

    @Shawhelp internet down on Kent Ave in Winnipeg, are services interrupted again?

  • LurkingLogger Will (@LurkingLogger) reported

    @PixelFlows @Shawhelp I agree @PixelFlows. They appear to have removed the previous information and updates. Likely so the outage appears to be more recent. 4 days now of the same rhetoric can be tiring.
