    Shaw is down again! Shaw went down at July 18, 2021 at 09:55PM in Langley. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. shawhelp

    @Shawhelp Why is service so spotty on bear mountain in Victoria? I can’t remember a day where our internet hasn’t kicked out. No wonder Telus is taking market share here.

    @kirst_alyssa I find it not much different than the Telus I recently switched from ... EXCEPT @Shawhelp @ShawInfo sold me #FIBRE300.. and did NOT install fibre equipment in my home.. It's COAX, not Fibre. And I never get CLOSE to 300.

    @TheJourneyGenie @freespiritus @Shawhelp I have just internet that went from 50 to 70 with no notice I called them and demanded they cancel my service Then they got a manager to talk to me and gave me 10 times faster speed for 59 99 and 3 months free I was paying 70 for internet that was 39.99 3 yrs later I pay 99

    Feeling very frustrated today, I have been locked out of my email account for 6 days after a security problem with my employers linked account. Spent hours on the phone and zero resolution. Nice people but this is unacceptable @Shawhelp #suckstobethelittleguy

    @Shawhelp is there an outage around the Lower mainland ? Modems got yellow blinking lights. Not super ideal on a Monday
